I believe the tactic used by BFL, is to keep the hardware off the hands of the people, for as long as possible. Once the difficulty level rises high enough, most of us won't be able to afford the the mining equipment, anymore. If that happens, they own it, it's just like any other "gold rush". Those with excavators, will muscle out those with shovels.

I don't believe, they are unable keep up with the demand. I think, we finance it, they make, and they use it for as long as they can. Once the hardware becomes near obsolete, they might ship some of it the customers. We know, they own a large mining farm, that's where the hardware goes first.

It's a large scale rocket, I'm sure they broke every law, and regulation in the book by now.

It is time, to make it public, and rise our voices. I think it might be a right time to talk to District Attorneys.

What really is an organized crime? Give me a definition.

You realize BFL have shipped the mini rigs up to the June 2013 to  Nov 2013 orders?

Those boards they show are no further along in design/production as the ones they showed when they first announced the board. There are no traces on those boards, they are just pieces of green fiberglass with non-working components glued to them. Pretty slick. They can make it look like they have a "prototype", when in fact it could simply be a bunch of random electronic components that have nothing to do with bitcoin mining cards.

It's like you've forgotten that they were 8 months late and WAY off specifications when the BFL ASIC's started shipping.
All while knowingly giving false advertisements <- illegal
And "all sales final" on something that is actually an investment order for vapourware that doesnt pay dividends or shares untill the object is created? That's not legal, an Order is not a Sale, no physical product ever changed hands, therefore there was no sale, not to mention that every 30days, you need to get permission to keep the Pre-order funds from the buyer, if you are unable to make contact after that time period, you must return/refund the money!, it's part of the FTC laws!

Fuck sakes! Stop defending such a crooked company!
