I can see bitcoin used as remittance from OFWs, but what would phcoin be used for?

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

Hey Mike, I followed your discussion here in this section.
Sorry, I am not filipino but I can tell you my opinion.

Both Option A and B is great designs for both freelancers and businesses to accept PHCoin.

If narrowed down, I do like Option A because of the simplicity.

But B has more meaning. The logo alone you can see the coin is Filipino.

I like both... lets check them out side by side.

1 - First coin logo (4 votes)
2 - Second coin logo (2 vote)
3 - Third coin logo (2 votes)

I am still not convinced about the PHCoin and concept.

But as a webdeveloper with some design knowledge, I just wanna say that #2 and even #3 look way better than #1 Tongue

Question:

One of the people I talk regarding earning BTC says:

Quote
basically it's trading with other crypto and convert it to Btc.

I don't understand how this thing works like mining other crypto and sell it? I am really lost, could someone kind enough to explain this thing to me and give me an advice if this will work on a beginner like me?

Thanks!

Does anyone want to earn some bounties for helping support PHCoin and spreading the word out?

Bounties will be paid in PHC for link you post that shows you are supporting it through the Philippines.

Share the thread, images, or web pages that talk about PHCoin.  How does 1 PHCoin sound for sharing it on your social accounts ?

Share it and provide a link to me in a private message or send it to Mike Scofield.

PHC Launch ~ Countdown is in about... 21 Hours @ www.PHCOIN.org - Payments and Mining

PHCoin Community will begin with the leading digital currency community, BitcoinTalk.org

Anyone that participated in PHCoin's Chats will benefit from our Early Adopters Rewards distribution... This is for anyone supporting the first launch of PHCoin Mining and Wallet Software.   Thank you anyone supporting PHC via mIRC, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Philippines Communities, and Bitcointalk members, groups, and communities.

We reward early adopters, and since this is the first launch of PHCoin will NOT be postponed for another date, X11 mining is all ready for action.

The team plans to host an EVENT on IRC or the Forums (Announcement will be made shortly) where we will provide bounties and rewards for participating with the PHCoin Community. Remember, this is for new comers and existing digital currency miners, this is our chance to show the world; why PHCoin deserves to begin its mission of stimulating Job Opportunities for people all over the world; starting with the Philippines and helping them learn about PHCoin and the Digital Currency industry.

Countdown is in about... 21 Hours @ www.PHCOIN.org

The event gathering will be posted here; we'll let you know when and where the PHCoin Hosted Events will begin.

I need 20 bitcoins Wednesday.  I am willing to pay 24k PHP each in cash deposit to your account, with escrow with a trusted member.  Anyone interested?

I tried to join CoinXchange.ph, but I don't have utility bills in my name, only the landlord's name.  This means I can't verify at Level 2 to buy the coins.
