youre weird man people find it uncomfortable when they speaks in publics but you find it weird on one-on-one?
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Just speak and speak.
Public speaking is not the same like training with a mirror.
Just do it and slowly you will feel more confident.

In order for us to be a good speaker one should always set clear topic and goals to be discussed. Always know who we are talking to, Know our strengths and weaknesses, Be yourself and look natural. One thing that plays a big role in being a good speaker is the eye contact with your audience, eye contact so that we will manage to bring them into what we're talking about. Also one thing to be done is to have interaction with your audience, you should not do the talking all the time, let them share their thougts with you and let it be interactive.

To be a good speaker, you must know with your heart and mind what topic you will talk about. You also need to talk naturally and confidently to make the audience believe or agree about your topic.

My advice is that, talk to yourself to make practice in front of a mirror. And watch a lot of videos about that on youtube.

Just believe in yourself. The only thing we should fear is fear itself. Think less about yourself and more about your audience and some of the fear will leave, as you perceive yourself not as isolated but as part of the group you are addressing - a group that want to hear what you have to say. Don't guess at what your audience's reaction mean. It detracts from your effectiveness to worry aobut those who don't seem to be listening, since they may be listening the hardest, anyway. Use fear to your advantage, charisma and adrenaline are closely linked, not worry about being a gifted speaker. Remember the facts, you are supposed to know more about your subject than the audience, you are there because you are more capable of covering the subject than most people. Believe it and you will do it.

I recommend you educate a lot, talk to yourself every day, read a lot. Although many people do not believe it, the general culture favors in great quantity the development of communication.
