Just do this more. Try to spend more time talking to someone and later on you will feel easier then it was a week ago, for example

I absolutely love public speaking. Here are some tips that I've gathered.
1- Silence is fine. Speak clearly and don't use filler words like um or like
2- Plan out (if possible) a general outline of what you are going to say. Don't write your speech down word for word because you will just be reading, though. Without an outline, your speech is going to be a babble or really awkward. Also, a good intro and conclusion would help because most people tend to remember the beginning and end of presentations.
3- Speak with confidence. This means eye contact and speaking loudly and having good posture!! The biggest problem with public speaking skills is that they don't appear to know that they are saying. Before you speak, try to go to the bathroom and look in a mirror. Tell yourself that you are fucking awesome and everyone's gonna know it.

Being a good speaker doesn't always means to have good verbal knowledge. It needs to have good posture and accesory gestures

You should have a proper grip over the language you want to speak into because if you forget the words itself, then nothing can be done.

I'm not a person who knows and can talk fluently like many speakers, my job is not related to presentations so I want to learn more.

Even the most seasoned speakers can get nervous prior to presenting. The most effective way to take the pressure off of you is to change your mindset and think about your audience rather than yourself or the speech. Remember that you are there to provide them with valuable information and if the audience members leave with one or two new items, reminders or a new perspective, you have made it worth their while. Focusing on being helpful or in service of the audience, instead of on yourself, can help you to relax.

If you want to be a good speaker you must be first a good reader and listener. If you know a lot about the language you want to speak it can boost your self confidence.

To be a good speaker needs a lot of ways. Nowadays, people who take part in social media phrases often have excellent expressions. I think I want to say good things to learn.
