practice, find opportunities to talk in front of groups of people. more you do it the better you'll be at it. It's all about feeling and appearing like you feel comfortable in front of large groups.

Just speak and speak.
Public speaking is not the same like training with a mirror.
Just do it and slowly you will feel more confident.

Confidence is the key. If you don’t have confidence in yourself then you cannot be a good speaker.

Judging from your brief explanation, I guess you're having troubles during interviews. Employers don't usually ask too many questions unless your resume or biodata isn't well written. It's okay to stutter or be nervous! I suggest you entertain yourself like playing games on your phone or listening to music to calm your nerves. It usually helps me to be less nervous.

Read books, topics on this site always help. Maybe listen to podcasts on your phone whenever you have the time, if you can't read books. Reading or hearing someone else, how they speak is the number one thing on becoming a better speaker.

I would suggest practicing your speech in front of the mirror beforehand.

Practice and experience make difference for sure, but to become really great speaker, it takes talent I suppose. Judging by my university professors, even 30 years of experience and deep knowledge in subject can't beat charisma and real vibes when speaker is flushed with his speech

Instead of memorizing the content, focus on the concepts. Do this by creating bullet points of the content, stories, data and key takeaways that you want to get across in each part of your presentation. Then, speak naturally about them. If you remember all of those key points, great, but if you forget some, no sweat -- you can move on to another point.
