Hi all,
I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

True, the best tactics at the time the market falls is holding because it can save us from losses. The fall of the market does not mean the crypto is dead, but crypto always has the potential to increase again despite falling very low.

Everyone suggests holding it when the market falls, but I think if you can judge that the market will continue to fall, then you can sell when the fall just happened, and then buy after the market continues to fall, to reduce Small your losses, why didn't anyone do this?

When market is falling you should be calm down and do not panic sell . One taptic when your loosing is you sell low but buy lower and wait for the market to recover and sell it high. Another is when you have extra cash invest as many as you can ,take advantage when the market is falling. Read also news about your coin you might read something positive about it or negative , or while at market crash you should drink some coffee and relax then return after a month!!

Don't panic. It's all normal. Sell because of afraid and want to cut losses are bad idea. Actually someone decide their money even the peice drop because they really needed money. Beside that, red market are normal in crypto. Just wait and hold an you will get reward from your patience.

this is a natural thing when all the coins go down, I saw in the previous year when bitcoin was still priced at $ 4000 and when at the end of the year, the price rose drastically to many times. if you panic then you are forever lost.

Im new to crypto and still learning. Been 6 bloody months now and we still going down. I trying to break the code. And the worst thing to do is HOLDING !! Guess we all have been manipulated from this board,twitter,youtube and so on to hold. The loosers hold and the rest are laughing when they making money. Holders not make money before the market recovers to the point we bought in.

All the big/smart investors sell out 100% and tehter it and buy back when the market recovers. Asking me this is the only way to trade. Guess i have learnd a lesson now.

If you daily chek up on the Market Cap and Binance charts then its easy to see or get a feeling when the market goes down. I did sell all my coins during this dip but i did miss out completely when to buy back in. I have told my self to trust my decisions but i am not perfect and i do mistakes like everyone else.

My tactic is daily chek ups on MC and B and if all coins going red and MC droping down its just to sell all y holdings and use Tether. I am down more then 7000$ this last week. And if i did not miss out when to buy back in i would have 7000$ extra to buy coins for now. Not have to be that smart to understand that tether is your best friend and that holding is the worst we can do in crypto.

You guys think BTC whales and other big names in crypto are holding ? Think about it for a minute and you understand they are not. You all and me have been manipulated to hold and we are holding hands cheering each other to keep holding together.

99% on this board say just keep holding and its just so wrong. A young unexperienced trader hold because it requier no skills but trading do.

Indeed, the best thing to do is to hold. We should not panic just because major cryptomarket is falling, that's just oart of every coins' market value volatility and nothing's new with this scenario. Like what usually happens with the declines, their market value will eventually increase and patience is a virtue. I do believe that selling won't be a good decision just because you are woried of the backdrops.

when the market is falling tactically the right thing to do is invest. to fall will be great when we invest, and the likelihood of profits earned will be very profitable in the future and return the price of the market itself. so it will be very profitable by investing.

Just stay calm, if you feel that the market down price keeps going, in an early state, better move your funds and exchange it to usdt for the protection of your profit.
