Well, Betcoinsports is consistent.

No promised follow thru to the email you sent me on April 3rd.

No response to date to the email I sent you on June 24th, nor the 2nd send (after getting no response) on June 26th.

No response to my followup post here of July 1st, recounting the above. (Post #1050 - above).


I'm really glad you've hired a large 24/7 support team, including a dedicated person for this thread.

Have they all passed away?


This sure makes me feel secure about depositing and betting at your sportsbook...




BetcoinSports - "Our live support team is available 24 hours everyday to answer any questions you may have, anytime. Thank you for your support and good luck!"


On April 2nd I sent the following to BetcoinSports:

"1) You list "Aussie Rules" on the left menu, but clicking on it reveals no games.

2) Can you add Nascar to your Motorsports?

3) For Rugby League and Rugby Union, can you add for moneyline betting "Team A vs Team B" with NO draw option?

Thank you."


And the following day (April 3rd) was pleased to get this response:

"Excellent suggestions.

> Yes
> Yes
> Yes
>
> Please give us 2 weeks on this. Thank you for the suggestions."




A week ago on June 24th sent this to you:


[After reproducing the above emails]

"It's now almost 3 months later:

1) You have 1 AFL game listed, although there are 6 this weekend.

You also only list the moneyline, whereas other books also list a pointspread, which I am interested in as well.


2) I don't see Nascar listed.

For that matter, I don't see the entire category of "Motorsports" listed.



3) I can't tell if you've added "for moneyline betting "Team A vs Team B" with NO draw option?"

because you're not listing any NRL games for this weekend, whereas other books are currently listing all 8 games for this weekend.


I'd add to my request list:

Can you give an MLB option for Listed Pitchers.

I see currently you don't list pitchers.


Looking forward to hearing from you."



Got no response after 3 days, so resent it.


It's now one week gone by, no response at all.


NOTE - I see that this week you are listing Motorsports and do list this weekend's Nascar race. However, no lines are posted for it.

I forgot to mention - I did receive  an email from your company today.

I had a miserable time trying to register with Betcoinsports.com (See posts #1024-1025 in this thread).

I finally had the live chat cs person close an account I'd opened but could never re-enter.

I then opened a new account with a different username.

The cs rep assured me that the first account was fully closed (as I didn't want to be accused in the future of violating any rule of having 2 accounts), and the system also told me that when I tested it by trying to login to the old account.

Today I received an advertising email from Betcoin - sent to the Username of the account which has been closed.

Nothing received to the username of the active account.

Hmm, do you have balance on that account? Some agents are not professional there, I only have 1 account, but the account nickname is different from my username, so the CS agent accused me I had 2 accounts, I was miserable on this site before, but now everything is OK. Cos PR team apologized to me. I just hope that stupid CS agent won't answer my questions any more, or his hysterical answers makes me sick.

The Nascar race begins in a few hours.

You have a listing for "Outrights -Winner" and for "Top 3", but no odds posted.

You do have matchups posted, with outrageously overpriced odds of -122.5/-122.5    1.8163/1.8163, while other books generally use -110/-110  1.9091/1.9091.

Ripoff.

And incompetent for not posting odds yet, even though you've prepared the category.

No balance in the first account which was supposedly "closed" at my request.
I wouldn't deposit in it because it wouldn't accept my login name/password.
I did a password reset, it told me I'd successfully reset the password, immediately after that it wouldn't let me login.

So no, never deposited into that one.
But apparently the system doesn't see it as closed, although I was told it was.


This book appears to have a lot of problems, such as announcing that it's hired a lot of cs people including someone dedicated to this thread,  and then ignoring my emails and my posts above.

Here's an easy way to find them = RTFT!!!

FOLLOWUP - As stated, I did pm my email address to this person, and received the following pm back on July 9th  (16 days ago):

"Found your ticket and will respond to it shortly."


Unsurprisingly, no response to date, 16 days later.



So to summarize:

April 2nd, 2015 - I send email with 3 suggestions.

April 3rd - Response -

"Excellent suggestions.

June 24th - I send email pointing out that I've given them over 2 months, well beyond the 2 weeks promised to make the additions to their site, and nothing has changed.

June 27th
- I resend due to not receiving a response, despite numerous posts by them boasting of having increased greatly their cs support.
No response.

I post in this thread on July 1st, 5th, and 6th.
No response.

I post in Peeps Place rating thread.
Perhaps he sent them a message, as finally a response here on July 7th.
The person responding here has clearly not bothered to take a few minutes to read my posts in this thread.


I pm the person my email address for the original emails sent months ago which were never responded to.

On July 9th, get this:


"Found your ticket and will respond to it shortly."


July 25th - Still no response after 16 days.


This is not just incompetent cs.

When a business is this untogether, that they're incapable of responding over a 2.5 month period, there are serious underlying problems.

I had a similar problem getting responses from BetVIP - although not near as bad as Betcoin - and they are out of business.


This book is beyond incompetent.
They take incompetence to record heights.

We have been undergoing another huge update in order to accommodate the most line providers as well as adding in several more live traders to ensure the odds are very competitive.  We are expecting to complete this by the start of the fall sports season which is 21-48 days away.  Should be sooner and will keep you posted.  

With regard to your comparison to BetVip, you couldn't be more off, our founders have over 16 years of online gaming experience and their original businesses remain the very best online in the fiat world and we all will continue to work hard to make this the best online sports destination overall.  

On another note, we are extremely happy to report that activity continues to improve everyday and even in the slower summer months we are at a record high overall in our sports department.  Thank you.
