For now, it is dumping but be patience always remember that it is only a first quarter of the year. if the price was low why not buy more if you trust that ICO and it will raise it more than it used before but if you don't trust it any longer why not sell it and invest it to other ICO

at this point there is a tough fight going between the bulls and bears in crypto market. let us keep calm the last week of this month to make a decision to buy more or sell and buy back later. If You are already in loss , I mean no point of selling.

if you have excess funds, I would propose buying the top 10 coins like BTC and ETH and NEO and Cardano etc.

But if you are already feeling jittery and not secure about the future, then dun do anything and walk away from the markets and come back in a month or 2.

 don't panic and sell and hodl instead, is the right thing to do during times dumps and dips. this is a time for buying and hodling. keep your investments till year end o till their prices rise in the next quarter. crypto currencies are really volatile and unpredictable that is we need great amount of patience here. let us be optimistic since its still 1st quarter of the year, a lot will happen in the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year.

Hold it, if you have already invest in cryptocurrencies and you are afraid now, then you should rest for a while from investing, just wait for a high exchanging and sell what you have. Then if you receive good profit and then try to invest again.

I would not advise selling NEO and Litecoin because there are forcasts with a good growth of these coins. But I’m not sure about other coins
