LMB Holding should re-buy sold shares on BTCT.co on price 0.003 or transfer shares to other market. Please make official statement.
from Prospectus: TAT Investments is not liable for any losses caused by default, theft, exploitation, manipulation, “hacking”, or software errors within the host exchange. Although the information contained in this document is believed to be reliable, TAT Investments, LMB Holdings, LMB Subsidiaries Limited, nor any of their subsidiaries make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this document. Say good-bye to your money. This is most certainly not the case, I can assure everyone that this will be handled in the correct and most seamless manner possible. I'm very happy to hear that. Hopefully all our assets could be transferred from BTC-TC to some other stock exchange.

We are fortunate enough to already have the underlying asset elsewhere and another pass through on Havelock so migration is much easier for ourselves.

Hypothetically - both BitFunder/Havelock shut down along the way - what’s the plan?
Manage a private shareholder list until either a new exchange opens or can be made (maybe even pull some strings with contacts at cySEC and launch our own platform). If the globe is hit by a gigantic asteroid - what's the plan? Try my hardest to be with my daughter. I humbly suggest that LMB should act proactively and begin tracking shareholders internally and provide means to transfer shares between shareholders on request. It could either be a robot (e.g. the one suggested by jgarzik, maybe with an additional trigger condition in order to allow escrow/arbitration services), or can be done manually with certain limits (one transfer per 10000 shares per week). Pass-throughs can provide liquidity, but would not be the responsibility of LMB. We already have a dead mans switch in place to ensure that there is not a single point of failure.

I invested on btct for the first time and the first time I've invested in a company with btc.. I do not want to use bitfunder because of we exchange.. I felt safest here.. Really bummed.. For those of us that don't like the decision of where our shares are going how do we go about refunds?

For someone trying to remove shares/btc from bf, you need access to 2 accounts, both with 2 factor. Seems pretty safe to me. To my recollection no one has ever lost their shares from bf. There is also Havelock

tranfering shares will be a big mess, and there will be people who will not claim shares for some reason (there are still a lot of AM shares unclaimed from last time something like this happened). Much cleaner would be to forced buy back and let us buy in bitfunder/havelock ourself

Which would be no problem at all, as long as Burnside waives the fees - something that I'd like seen done for the last few weeks of operations.

They've never had my funds for longer than the hour it takes to process the conversions.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both options. A forced buyback may cost NEOBEE quite a bit of money since not everyone will use the funds from the buyback to buy NEOBEE on BF or HL. But without a forced buyback, you may end up with shares never being claimed.

Due to the announced closing of the BTCT.co virtual securities exchange, we have halted trading on the BTCT.co, TAT.NEOBEE, passthrough of this asset in preparation for a migration to NEOBEE on Bitfunder.com and/or NEOBEE on HavelockInvestments.com for all current shareholders.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter. We will be posting detailed instructions on the next steps for shareholders.

Yes, please For regulatory, technical and security reasons, it is very useful to separate the shareholder registry from the share trading markets. This is also how things work in the "real world." See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock_transfer_agentAll bitcoin clients support a "sign message" feature, which may be used like PGP to prove that a shareholder really does control a bitcoin address. Once a provable, secure shareholder registry exists, anyone may set up a market or trade shares privately. If anyone has tech questions, feel free to contact me.

What about those of us that want nothing to do wit either of those sites... If I wanted to own shares on those sites, I would have bought there.... So those of us that bought on btct and don't want to deal with these other sites are to get the short end of the stick I'm assuming... There was a reason in have yet to purchase a btc stock... Now I know why....
