I'm sure many people who do not do it include me because to understand a whitepaper requires a high understanding because I think whitepaper covers a lot of things that most ordinary people do not know

I will always read the essence of white paper as a material to create a bounty article campaign or in the making of a video. But if we will invest and lazy to read the white paper, I suggest to read more about the project not just information from white paper, can be from the website, social media, or youtube.

If you want to quickly understand what kind of project, then highlight the most important aspects for yourself. Read them and everything will be understood. Also there are many reviews on most projects. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

how much do you care about your money? if you do not care, then you do not need to read whitepaper, this way is recommended only for people who have a lot of money in his room but, if you are very concerned about money, then whitepaper is mandatory and should you read, so you understand your money will be what

Actually in terms of reading whitepaper we must read, understand and understand. because this is the first step for us to start following a job or investment activity. so why hurry to read it. if there is a mistake in time because we are less thorough reading whitepapernya then you will lose. you can take the bullet points out of the project whitepaper and review them first. so do not rush because it is risky.

Yes. I really read the white paper of their bounty project before i participate in their bounty program and when i want to invest in their ICOs. It is good to know that because it is important if their project will be successful in the future.

I agree with you. The most basic terms of the project are written in white paper. This is very important for those people who have joined the bounty and those who decided to invest in this project.

Its an advantage to read whitepapers but sometimes it doesnt prove that you have done all the due diligence. Now, if the project is listed on any ICO spreadsheet you can use the template on the spreadsheet to study the ICO. more importantly is to contact the project team for any enquiry which can be via the social medium ( telegram and twitter)

Go to the sections: Token specifications, road map, team, use cases. That is to have some good idea of the project. Most white papers are just a display of words, but it is noticeable if the white paper is well thought. And by the way never forget to read the disclaimer. Let be real. For a quick analysis of whitepaper, I chose several important parameters: 1)Comprehensive information delivery 2)Readability 3)Clarity 4)Business plan presentation 5)Presentation of technical implementation 6)Technology 7)Decentralization 8)Developer Activity on github. All parameters I estimate by 1-5 points. If there were more than 20+ points, then this project is not bad ... But if you really want to invest in this project, then you need a full and detailed study. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Plagiarism and copyrights must be included. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

No, I would not do that. I am still convinced that it is very important to very well subtract white paper, because it will help you not to make mistakes and reduce the chances of losing your money, you must understand very well what you are investing in.

Well, I totally agree with you. Actually, some whitepaper are really worth reading. However, most people doesn't do it and majority makes a blind investment. Which makes some project with no good whitepaper blooming and coins with promising projects not getting attention.

I am concerned about a project. The most important thing is to look at the white paper. The white paper is one of the important documents for examining the feasibility of the project.

They have their technique and I don't believe that those who don't read whitepaper will fail in investing an ICO. We have a lot of reference actually, in my case I also watch youtube videos about the comment of some people whom I believe expert in this field.

It is one of first things you are supposed to do when you are thinking about investing in an ICO, that along with verifying the team .If you're too lazy to do that ,then ICO's are a way to lose your money .

I think most likely because you do not understand the patterns and ideas that are poured out of white paper. so, if only to read is not difficult. but it takes understanding and knowledge, so you understand with an ico being held. So, you should try to find more knowledge about ico.

Yes because it is the most important for me as an investor. It is an marketing tool in the form of information in the technology. By the use of reading whitepaper, I may know how will be the flows of our system and what should I do as well. I may also know what benefits can bring me in this system.
