Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

At the first period of my ICO addiction I read everything. But now all people understand that there is no sense in reading whitepaper. Everyone can write there everything he desire. Watch on technology and the authors of the project.

You have to take time to read whitepaper of an ICO, that is their proposal on the project. This is the only way to ensure that your money for investment will be at safe side. It's not hard to do it, usually it takes 10-15 minutes

No, i did not read it at all. If you just want to participate in a signature campaign or social media campaign it seems like reading a whitepaper is not necessary. I just see how many participate and who the manager is. If you want to invest in an ICO project, it would be better if you read whitepaper.
Yes but without looking into the project and the details of it you might waste your time if you enroll your self on a future shit coin, i can say that we should at least take time and consider on understanding the service that the project are offering since it is our responsibility to advertise only those good coins with the best team.

Of course I read the technical page (whitepaper). Investing without reading the technical page is a very risky thing.

If you are interested in a certain new project or atleast interested on their innovation then the whitepaper should be your friend. Not only I read whitepapers, I also look at the credentials of the people behind the project and the project's website.

Not always, but if I invest a lot of my time and money in project - I have to read WP, get more information about team and analyze all that can be analyzed. Always. Smiley

Actually not all the whitepaper I read, just a project that seems good that I actually investigate whitepapernya. To accelerate the introduction of a project I usually see the type of project being offered, how far reaching it is and how the prospects will be in the future.

Actually reading whitepapers is so boring due to it cumbersome and it's lengthy pages, I find myself scamming and skimming through the whitepaper often when I read it, but it's good to read them to know much on the project movement.
I don't read many except when I get much interest on the project and I follow them up on telegram.

I always read white paper when I take part in the bounty, even if I'm just a twitter bounty. If I take part in a company bounty, then I'm also an investor, I invest my time and energy in them. And it is important for me to know for what I will spend my time.
Especially in the technical documentation you can find information about the distribution of coins/tokens and their cost, so you can find out how much I will get at the end of the company.

I have read the whitepaper of every ICO I have invested in. If I start reading the whitepaper and I start losing interest then I won't invest in that project. Could this make me miss some good opportunities? Sure. But, what is the point of investing in something you are not interested in or you don't understand? I want to invest in something I am actually interested in. It is fascinating to find complex projects that force you to do additional research to actually understand them.

There are so many ico around, i think everyone that interested must read, not just about the technicalities. That wp gives us the first impression of the project. Most whitepapers are full of tech junkies that wanna confused investors etc. I most loke to get to know the team and backgound plus the current works has been done and what is in working progress. After then move move deeper into perhaps the community chats, social accounts or google to find out more.

Whitepapers are the most important part of a project, it contains all there is to know about a project, fro the project lay out, financial plans, token allocation and the development stages, this is basically all there is to know about a project, whitepapers avail these all in one

Yes, I read and translate whitepaper  Smiley

But when I just read but not translate to a whitepaper, I often just read some part of it, not the whole, because it is too long for just want to know what the project it is.

LOL.. Of course I do. Well some whitepapers can be really bulky. For the bulky ones I don't really read through everything, I just scan through some parts and look for some importants sub-headings.

It is so much better to read whitepaper of everything. I want to thank you guys for reminding this. Many people jump into useless token projects because they are greedy and non wise to spend some time reading those papers.

Of course I read the white paper. I am however, rather selective when it comes to investing in initial coin offerings. Sometimes I take information for granted when provided by someone I trust, but mostly, I do my own research.
