Because they are against in using bitcoin. Or some people trying to bash bitcoin because they want to decrease the demand of bitcoin in the market.
Then if this case happen, the price of bitcoin will be goes down again, so it will be an opportunity to them to buy more bitcoin.

Actually they are not anti in bitcoin they just protecting the public because there are lots of fraud ICO companies so they stop advertising any cryptocurrency to prevent the scam that may happen again.

I think it's due to the threat to existing institutions it poses. Bitcoins success is almost a precursor to the downfall of the banking system.. I don't know if bitcoin deserves the negative publicity because I feel it's a revolutionary technology that will have the same impact as the internet

They paid by those government or any related about business. Because instead of investing to their company or any institution they choose to invest here in bitcoin. That is the fact about why rich business man or government want to destroy bitcoin. They are using the media to report about bitcoin.

I dont know, here I dont see any negative ideas about that. and of course any cash has its own type of risks, so even if Gov mentions it, it will always be with some cautious voices so dont be nervous if you see that. And I think media is not always objective, it's kind of personal, so listen choicely. Some are facts, and some are not.

Because they only listen to people who has bad experience with bitcoin because of those people who uses bitcoin to scam. And negative news seems to attract more people nowadays that is why they prefer spreading bad things than the good ones.
Media or any news will become boring if you are just reporting the positive news, people can easily forget it or just ignore what you they are saying and will swift to other channel, so they are creating a story sad to say a negative one so that people will become aware and would listen careful word by word until people will become panic. Yes, that's a good point. Media is all about the drama and who has the station with the highest rating. So bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole, always gets targeted by these rotten-in-the-inside entity with no regard if what they're reporting are actual facts. |

Good news don't normally make headlines but bad news does, media is quick in jumping into any negative news about bitcoin because that is the only way they sell and make they own money. When the have bitcoin on the headlines you should know that they new will go wide and at the end they make money.

I thinks it is two different thing about media reporting what the government’s decision and opinion on bitcoin. It is their job to report and deliver to the public what the government has decided and has said about it but for media alone to make statements and give their opinion on the matter, it is wrong.

We already know how these media moves and take advantage in these kind of situations. It is either they explain it in a wrong way and probably a bias statement or they don't care if will be detrimental to the person, group, or an organization that is involved just to take advantage of scoops like this. The best to do for a person is to do some research and verify if the news is true or not even though these media is really a powerful way to deliver information and the influence is great. |

Media news clearly indicates that they are not biased and mostly go for the more TRP. When bitcoin price was increasing their views were different, when price goes down they are making money both ways. But reality always sustain because the serious investors do research on the going trendd |

For me, media is negative about bitcoin because of the government and some factors that are saying, that lousy person is using bitcoin to sell their drugs or using bitcoin to do their evil stuff. We all know that bitcoin’s capability is superb that you can transact a digital currency anonymously and it will be complicated to track of is that person. The second fact that I see is the government sector, yes they have the jurisdiction to ban bitcoin in their state.  |

I think the media is controlled by some invisible or shady corporation out to put an end to the glory days of bitcoins. There are a lot of reasons as to why these people want to bring bitcoins down and probably another good reason is to manipulate bitcoin prices by allowing negative news to slander newbie investors, inducing a panic sell, lowering the prices by a big margin and allowing big fish investors to buy a lot of cheap bitcoins. |

Well the main reason is they belive bitcoin is a fraud or like a ponzi , they see bitcoin as a threat on their society which is not. And second is they dont have the right amount of knowledge they judge bitcoin on what their see. |

I think media is negative about bitcoin because of our government. For me government ordered media to be negative to it because they hate it. They hate it because bitcoin don't have tax and it is not legal in our country. Government so hate bitcoin because they know that there's a possibility that someday bitcoin can replace real money to our country. |

well I've answered these questions and just to add: imagine that tomorrow you become the only person on the planet with superpowers, you would be on the cover of the newspaper every day and the critics would surpass the compliments
This is good enough explaination why bitcoin become negative in media's eye so i never surprise about it. Become superpower is not guarantee for us to get all people emphaty so just consistent with our opinion and reason. |

Media is negative about Bitcoin because they want to catch the attention of majority, maybe they have nothing to publish but making some hot issues about bitcoin so that the bitcoiners will get discourage but beyond that fake news, nothing can't stop us to invest in bitcoin.
