Are there multiple people who can confirm they did a successful SEPA withdraw in the past 14 days?
Yup, here. Did a succesful SEPA withdrawal at 2nd of december and 14th of november. Both recieved with 24 hours, the december withdrawal received after 7 hours. |

Update: We've had issues with XBT, LTC, NMC and XRP transactions in recent days. XBT, LTC and NMC are now patched and those with stuck transactions in these currencies should see resolution. XRP may still have issues (especially with withdrawals that are stuck in "pending" status) for another 24 hours or so, but XRP will be patched soon like the others.

Yes, I did 3 sepa withdrawals since november 14 for a total of 1200 euros, the last one, initiated 28 nov, arrived after 2 business days, the other two within 24 hours.

I see a while back post #277 a user brought up the issue with your site crashing the Firefox 25.0.1 browser. I have this same problem. Thankfully your site works with the safari browser, but I would like to see this issue resolved so I can use Firefox.
Also, what is the estimated time for being verified to levels 3 and 4, I've been waiting for level 3 verification for 5 days now.
These aren't complaints, I know all the exchanges are working hard to catch up to increased demand. I'm just looking for answers.

Also, what is the estimated time for being verified to levels 3 and 4, I've been waiting for level 3 verification for 5 days now.
These aren't complaints, I know all the exchanges are working hard to catch up to increased demand. I'm just looking for answers.

Correct. I didn't receive an email either when my verification level was upgraded. Would be a nice feature for those upgrades that take non-trivial amounts of time, but it's hardly essential. |

Have you done a thorough account recovery? https://www.kraken.com/help/faq#cannot-loginAll that is the first thing to try if you haven't already. And don't skip any steps no matter how certain you are that you have some bit of your account information correct. If that doesn't work, create a ticket about it and PM me the ticket number (please include your public account ID in the ticket). |
