So the answer is no, after the 61st day we are not giving more than 50% of compensation because that would result in a plain loss for us, you can either wait for the 50% compensated order to be shipped or cancel the order as per above.

I'm not aware of any other Bitcoin mining equipment manufacturer in the world that offers such a good customer protection. Our primary goal is customer's satisfaction and we are working hard to achieve this.

Avalon refunded their Batch #3 units and chip sales after screwing up. And they did it for the full BTC paid. You should know as you were one of the customers

I´m new too this forum, but I ordered a coinrig 1.5Th Februari batch. Started to wonder whats going on and started searching. Is it really a scam? Thought i googled enough before I made my order with bitmine, but now I start thinking that it was a baaaaaad move

Suing them now is not the most intelligent action. It would be simply revenge. You would not get your device nor your money faster. I am not a lawyer, but I think you can sue them later with the same chances of winning.
Why I'm writing this? Yea, I don't want money back, I want to get my miner and I think that suing them will slow this whole thing down or they may go bankrupt.
For your information, I'm waiting for my february week 1 miner and they said me that it will be shipped in mid of April. I'm not happy with the situation too, but please don't make it worse.

Turbo mode issue has been explained in great details in several posts so I won't enter once again into a discussion on this, if you really care to know the truth please go back and read them.

Back there it was always about the turbo mode regarding the CC Desk systems.

Can you officially confirm, that on the date of shippement, a fully packed CC Rig System (=> 2THs nominal speed) cannot be operated continuosly at 2.8THs with a power consumption of max 3kW in a common professional housing environment with about 22°C ambient temperarture?

And actually I also wonder about the power save mode: can the Rig be operated on the date of shippment at 1.6THs with a maximum power consumption of 1.2kW?
In contrast to the turbo mode this one has not been stated explicitly but I just extrapolated the advertised power consumption of a rig at 400GHs.

really? i think there will be some police investigation about the whole BITMINE scam. and we all know, how giorgio runs his business... not very well, and not very legal.

Bitmain. They actually deliver when they say they will. That's way better than shipping late with a minor speed increase since difficulty goes up way more than 10% every 10 days.

Syke - bitmine ships with massive delay and ~30% reduced hashing power.

I learned my (expensive) lesson: never ever preorder again. never trust a company who offers preorders or if you do preorder be aware of the risks involved including losing all your money (and maybe even more).

I take a cold beer now and I wonder how the people of bitmine.ch will live on the rest of their lives knowing they scammed, frustrated, misleaded and "stole" money/profit of thousands of people. You know what? I even feel a little bit sorry for them....
