Hello, I sent me this email on Thursday.


Dear customer,


 We are writing this email because your order was supposed to be delivered to you either today 3rd of april (03.04.2014) or tomorrow friday 4th of april (04.04.2014). Unfortunately we faced a major issue, because for some reason swiss customs blocked the shipping on parts we need to assembly your machines. We already solved the issue with the customs but these parts will only come to us on friday, instead of today. This means your orders deliveries must be postponed by 1-2 days, meaning your order(s) will be delivered either on monday 7th april (07.04.2014) or on tuesday 8th of april (08.04.2014). We understand you have been waiting for some time for your order and we are really sorry that we had to delay them again but we hope you can understand our situation. We really want to thank you for your patience.

I confirm that so far I have not received any email as confirmation that my order has been shipped, if you do not receive it today or tomorrow on Wednesday sought reimbursement.
I hope you keep your word Bitmine and along this afternoon received any email from them.

Order #29xx was placed on November 23, 2013 and is currently processing.

I received this e-mail on Thursday still... still processing... because I see that to return the money you are very fast, and to send very very slow... shit interests cease to look for you, once you have already cheated you have played with our money like the banks and still want you put on an altar? Work more, that money is very nice. Already not even at 71 days buaggg

2. You don't planning to send me anything, but the official date when I will be able to ask you for refunding its 26.04.2014

Update: To this day my order still procesing have sent some emails to Bitmine but no answer.

To me all this I smell really bad.

If all this is by Giorgio massa there once and want to read and solve a problem with a client, please check that you have told me that my shipment was delivered today and I have not received anything.

Solve the problem if you really care your customers.

jesus christ. everyone here crying like babies. bitmine is clearly not a scam for anyone with half a brain, they are just a business under huge stress. the whole industry is suffrering huge delays. fair enough bitmine getting hit harder than most but there is a massive difference between being incompetent and being a scam.

People are very tired of waiting, and it is normal to worry and complain and when some have used more confident and more than 10,000 euros in the company, at least expect clarity and confidence that your product will arrive smoothly.

People do not complain about taste.

I called them on Monday, they told me, that order will be shipped on Tuesday, but I don't have tracking nr. yet! Order is still "Processing"! BUT in e-mail was written: "your order(s) will be DELIVERED either on monday 7th april (07.04.2014) or on tuesday 8th of april (08.04.2014" NOT SHIPPED! AND IS IT STILL NOT SHIPPED! It's absolute incompetent company, one of the worst what I ever seen. Only lies and falsely informations!

For Bitmine:
DELIVERED = state, when I have my miner at home
SHIPPED = state, when you ship it out from your company to me

Giorgio announcement: "production is now going full scale at double the initially planned capacity, topping about 50 units per day. The recovery of the delays is expected to be reached in the next few weeks" is one of the best joke of the year! Cheesy I have 1st January week batch, so how they can recover delay?

Rigs? NO CHANGE
Power supplies? THEY ARE STILL UNABLE TO BUY THEM.


I'm wonder how it will continue...

So your order is over 80 days late?
I have a February last week order. They would have to catch up atleast 20days so that my delivery would be within the 61 days CPP
