They just answered my phone call, and an email yesterday, so that's good.  I'm starting to feel a bad for Karim.  Poor guy needs to deal with all us crazies who need money back.  He gave me my queue position, and said about 2 people a day are getting refunds.

Got him on the phone the same day. He told me they were refunds everyday. I ask for clarification. He answered something like 5 a day. I told him this was BS...and he agreed.

Also sent them an official order to pay and the made opposition to it. He told me that they refuse every command to pay. This is a way to gain more time before the real legal action begin.

As I am a swiss citizen, living in Switzerland, it will be easier for me to legally push them into the corner before the final stroke. As soon as I have results, I might consider assisting you guys with claiming what you own.

All the best to you all

Hi guys !

This morning i had the same thing as hardcoreminers... I've already send the refund request document but still no email since the UPS email...

I've send them an email this morning too but no answer for the moment and i've tried to call them but no one could answer me after 15 minutes of waiting...

I hope i'll be able to cancel the shipping before it's too late because i've already asked for a refund some weeks ago... I'll try to call them again in 15 minutes and tomorrow morning...

as I said.

Everything they did is to max. of profit. Everything is planned out. You can be sure with that

They don't give a fuck about you or other customers.

You gave the money so the were able to mine while the diff was low. Now that the diff is impossible high they don't care if you refund or not, they just ship the crap hardware which is in fakt useless.

Dear Mr. C.,

First of all excuse me for the late answer. I confirm you are correctly registered for a refund, but I need you to be aware of this bitmine.ch/delays-refunds-processing/. So we need to ask you to bear some patience before we can process your refund. Thank you.

Did you asked why only 2 persons per day are getting refunds?
Did you asked if Bitmine.ch can speed up the refund process by sending BTC ? There are many people, me included who want this.

Are those rhetorical questions?

They are mining back btc and then sending that as refunds.  They have as much as stated that to some people on this thread.  The bank transfer maximum is an overstatement at best,  a lie at worst.

Edit:  People who are waiting for a refund and got "accidentally" shipped miners,  I'd suggest refusing the package when UPS shows up. This seems like a play exactly from BFL's playbook about 9 months ago,  where they were trying to force people who were getting paypal/credit card chargebacks to take out of date miners.

That is the exact email response I got.  I didn't ask why not refund everyone in BTC, because this post implies they don't have the funds (BTC or otherwise):
http://bitmine.ch/present-future-bitmine/

I told him it was irresponsible to keep telling us refunds coming "soon".  I brought up some issues from this forum, and he said there are lots of lies here.  I told him the only lies I can confirm are from bitmine.ch.

They should not have spent money from the CPP on those chips when orders were running months late.

They have told more lies.... so I'm not sure if this is really true or not.
The fact is that there is a big cash flow problem, and all the refunds can take some time. (a few more months I guess)

Is there anybody who has been in contact with a Swiss layer asking for prices and possible discounts if they take on several cases against bitmine?

It is now 33 working days since I got a confirmation for the refund request and they do not answer the phone or my e-mails so I'm getting quite fed up.

I just sent them a legal notice using the template akumaburn has provided to this thread

I requested a refund in April, look what i got today -

"Dear Mr. xxx,

as you may already be aware we are facing some difficulties to process all the refund requests we have received. With this e-mail we would like, first of all, to apologise for the delays you are facing and to thank you for the patience so far.

Given your position in the refunds processing queue and our cash-flow projections, your refund is expected to be processed about on the second half of September, 2014.

We understand this may be a long time to wait for, as such we would like to give you some alternative options that may be available in shorter time:

1) We may restore your order and send it to you with 100% more hashing power than the original order was. That is, if you ordered 1TH/s, you would get 2TH/s. Shipping would usually take place same day or day after we received confirmation from you, anyway not more than 5-7 days.

2) You may convert the amount we owe you (including the 10% penalty) into hosted mining contracts, which will be available from August 15th. More information is available at http://bitmine.ch/hosted-mining-plans-now-available-starting-1gh/

Let us know if you are interested in exploring either of the alternative options, otherwise we kindly ask you to bear some more patience until your refund is processed.

Best regards,

Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch"

hardware is OK.
Only the process of getting them from Switzerland, is one hell of a mess.
With all the delays a lot of people want a refund, to make better profits.

Have 2 desks 800GH each, am quite happy with them.
Yes if I had more power in my room, I would order a new one again.

Order number is 31** I believe it does not matter. They were giving me a random inforamtion about refund queue for over two month now. It had over 20 people a month ago, this monday it was 9 people in front of me and today it is again around 20 people.

I'm just curious if anyone in reality have received a refund from them in recent weeks ?

Bitmine.ch is clearly scaming their customers by deliberately delaying every order as much as possible PLUS delaying/refusing to pay refunds.

On top they are not responding to most E-Mails and often don't even pick up the phone. If so there is just a dude (responsible for nothing beside picking up calls) telling you always this phrase:

"Sorry, you Order Nr. ? ... I will write a ticket and pass it on, ok! bye"

If you want to talk to somebody responsible because of all this fucking mess you will never get to somebody.

That is everything you should know about Bitmine.ch

If you can get a in place Miner you can go for it. But I would NEVER NEVER NEVER preorder something at this dickhead company.

Better buy a miner that can be delivered instantly. Alternatives are:
Antminer S2
DRAGON T1

But keep in mind mining over all doesn't worth it at all and will never pay off. (Just maybe if you have free electricity access)

Better buy yourself some bitcoins at a exchange and just hold them for the long term.

This should be everything you should know about Bitcoin mining overall.

I have to say though,  the hardware isn't badly made.  That price is good for a 1TH CCD.  I'd jump on it if you are not buying it from bitmine.
