Ok after 2 weeks they told almost everything.
They can not send us our money because they make another business with our money and btc.
Now they told me they don't have money because they invest in Island.

WTF?!

Its my problem that they have shit business plan? That they take money buy hardware and now they could make any refund because they invest?

Its insane! Its crazy!

They have the best business plan ever!
- make hardware promises in BTC world
- take money
- invest in hardware
- make hardware line for one big company
- put small customers in ass
- take their money and make another invest breaking all rules
- be Swiss

Now we don't have any choice.
We must cooperate together to take our money back!
They CAN NOT send money not because they don't have it. This people make another big business with OUR money! Did You really see?
Ok.
Make list of customers who want to refund and who want to pay less for lawyer and all case.

Refund CASE list:

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Bitmine is one of the WORST crypto "hardware" companies ever. On the same level as BFL. Scammers, whether deliberate or forced into it by bad business planning etc, they have stolen my money even though I filed for a refund APRIL 1ST! No refund wire ever received.

Blowing smoke up my ass via phone support, "You have been submitted to the refund pile, blah blah blah...." Just completely lying to my face, "your refund will be in 2 weeks" then 2 weeks later "Just 2 more weeks" blah blah, just complete bullshit. Karim, yes I'm calling you and your overlords out....telling you to lie to customer's faces. Why lie when you could just be frank and level with me? Then give ZERO updates, basically just leave people hanging in the dark with no answers whatsoever. If you knew about blowback, you'd know that lying and hiding in the shadows just antagonizes and pisses off the customer more.

You DO NOT treat customers this way unless you have absolutely ZERO concern that your pissed off customer will come to this forum or where ever and tell the facts, painting them in a aptly deserved bad light. This is not the way you run a business and retain customers, much less get new ones. Scammers, liars and thieves period.

They wrote everybody to be refunded in September and October. This is bullshit again. They will say in autumn that you have to wait again (they will cry a river also and bla bla bla) or you can change to the bought price for the new machines. BFL did the same scam last year for their clients.

Dear Bitmine.ch!

No client asked for your investment (warehouse)! Nobody cares of this! You hold our money for your project which you break the law in many points.

We didnt buy in your warehouse project we paid for the machines which you havent even shipped in time nor send back the refunds according to the contract what you agreed as well.

How many more rules do you want to break?

Who do you expect to buy your shit in the future? Why do you think if you will establish a new company in the future to try to scam the ppl again in another name nobody will check its background?

and why do you think that your current company is in secure...?

They don't have the money. They converted it to material, so ofc they can't refund us with money, only the material. Or they can sell the material then give us the money...but sell it to who? Only to us, nobody else would buy it anyway. Endless game.

I'm not saying it is ok, fair, or normal, but that's just the way things are. They can't give us something they don't have. To me the choice is clear. Better get some material than nothing. Better get it quick before they completely go bankrupt and/or get sued to death so all their shares are locked.

They don't have the money.

As far as I have seen in the posts here, bitmine.ch builds a mining datacenter on iceland with our money.

As far as I know they didn't say they built that data-center themselves. It's most likely a facility that already exist (not like Reykjavik isn't already full of them: http://www.datacentermap.com/iceland/reykjavik/), so they just bring their stuff (desks/rigs) there and let the facility manage the maintenance. Why wasting money when you already have all the necessary installations?

Ofc I'm just speculating. Would be too simple if they were clearly communicating about it.

http://bitmine.ch/product/coincraft-desk-gen2/

Looks like they have taken four blades,  and overclocked them as high as possible.  The nominal mode is the new "power save" mode, and they are unable to be underclocked. (Which,  as per my understanding,  the old ones never were able to be underclocked, either...)

$1600 for 1TH. $1.60 per hash.  At around 1.3 watts per hash.  Compare this to, say, Asicminer devices,  which pull about 1.1 watt per hash and cost .80-$1 per hash.  And by all accounts Friedcat is selling those chips at near cost,  as he considers them outdated compared to Antminers current offering,  let alone Bitfury and SP's soon to be released chips.

These things will put off a lot of heat. That case isn't very good at defusing it.  I wonder if they have given adequate cooling for it?  I'm guessing not.

It's not Kerim's fault. He's just working in customer service. He's trying to do his best but in the end he is not decision maker. His boss or creditor's team tells him one thing first (lie) and so he repeats it to the customers and then they change their mind and tell him a different thing. I took me 5 weeks to receive my refund but I finally got it on 22nd May. I kept calling almost every day and Kerim was doing all his best. I felt how much stress he is under because he was constantly forced to mislead the customers.

This actually looks to be a good deal:
http://bitmine.ch/product/coincraft-desk-gen2/
(1TH desk shipped withing 48 hours)

Their cloud hashing plans are also priced quite competitively.

Let´s hope they can generate enough revenue from it to complete all their outstanding refunds.

Does anyone know how much the maximum desk performance is (with overclocking)?

HAHA now they are (basically) copying the china A1 "clones" designs. This is too good!

If you have cheap power, it can still be a good buy.
