There always been MOD but mostly are no return in btc or $ you can ask them to whitelist or something .

Don't be so sure about it. Yeah pd3 will have ignore option but mods will still be needed to menage some fun stuff that will be going on chat, and also to help out with questions , so u don't need for every simple question to email support .

This is why i deduct 50+ posts from my count, sometimes u have to reply to some posts that u know are not on topic but still to give good answer .

He will be denied pay and left negative trust. He is currently listed as a campaign member of updownBT as well. I wanted to give Skele benefit of the doubt and figured it was possible he just switched between campaigns and accurately reported his post count but he is reporting a starting post count even lower than what we have recorded and his current 654 which means he is counting the posts from both campaigns and cheating myself and updown and has been doing this for months likely. Next month I will be checking more often, I only did one check for this type of abuse.

Yap, would be good if somebody else can give opinion on if they should be banned or not .

That is good to check mid campaign to prevent that from happening. Also would be better to start checking post quality of people that enrolled starting from couple of days in , so on the end of period there is lot less work to be done before payments.

I did review some of them and i see no big mistakes in Micros report. I also agree what he wrote for me, i will keep away from Off-topic section, i didn't know it is not allowed, its my first sig campaign and first month so forgive me. For croatian part...i'm actively living also in croatia ATM and i'm sure i did constructive posts, it can be also translated or asked any other respectfull croatian forumer about it. In next month i will improve on that two points.
I think i had good purpose, which i also proved with my free bot for PD.

So i agree here mostly with you, scammer should recieve negative trust, spammer maybe , but those other non-constructive ones and one-liners no.
Also, i would deny payments to spammer and scamer, while those one-liners should get 20% solidarity payment and be asked not to join here anymore.

You should not consider off-topic section as something forbidden here, noone is stoping anyone from writing there.
The point is just that those posts are not counted in this campaign, so you need to deduct those off-topic posts from your post count.

But off topic posts are even against rules of this forum. Ok they did not have all non constructive posts , that is why i put CHECK on them, but its big % of posts , and i highly dought they deducted more than maybe 5-10% of posts , so its kinda attempt to scam .

But again would be nice to hear some others opinions on it. Just to be fair as possible.

Posts in off topic section are fine as long as they are on topic there. But posts that are off topic in specific thread , that posts are against rules and ofc should be deducted. Problem is when 50+% of ur posts are off topic and not constructive , and u deduct only about 5-10% or less.

Some people deduct like 10-15 posts and think they are fine while in reality its way more .
