Scams everywhere now. Greedy ICOS that for some reason need 20 million dollars for a small project, Ridiculous.  Greed everywhere, thousands of coins that serve no purpose.  This is so far removed from satoshi's vision.  Premine bullshit  scams like onion.  Projects that have no reason to be on a fucking blockchain except to cash in money on the hype.  We need another fucking crash to clear out these shitcoins and scams, and you greedy mfer ICO devs are the cause of this bullshit.
This is happening because people are not content with the profits bitcoin could give to them, they want more, they want to be able to get similar profits to the ones the early adopters of bitcoin got and by doing so they are supporting the growing industry of icos in which most of them are scams, it is sad because those that want to multiply their money the most are the ones that at the end are going to lose their money when the developers of those icos disappear or are unable to make their projects a reality.

I agree ... a few normal companies that ultimately pay well, everywhere a complete deception. A heap of mossins has come and believes that they can well enrich themselves in this market.

I think as for now there are no "weak" hands at the market after a rally like the last one. Where are money, there always be retarded people trying to get rich over night, so they deserve scam ICO and stuff like this. It should be lesson for them. It is sad that we have too many scams, but it it the real life - where is big money, always be a lot of scammers.

I think you can say that because there where ICOs that where doing scam. But if you really understand well the ICO that you'll be joining there where many ICOs with a very great potential. And this will help a lot of people in the future.

The crypt does not become a block, it just sounds like a beast, but soon it will wake up and grow to the desired heights, it will not be once bad, it just survives that very moment to surprise you, Crypta is and will be our future and the vogue of the present.

nowadays a lot of coins or ico that only benefit themselves, this happens because they are not serious to work on ico and do not put coins in exchange. we must be wary of such ico in order to avoid the action of scam coins and have no value.

This year has being a downtime for almost all financial markets. And a downtime doesn't mean crypto currency is going to the drain. It's part of the process.

I get what you are saying, but the problem isn't really the sketchy ICO and scam coins, it's the people that buy them.  If people did their research and invested only in the trustworthy projects and well established coins, then this would go away.

This is the crux of the matter. Too many people have done zero research, don't understand the first thing about markets, don't even understand the coins they are investing in, and just throw money at a shit project because someone they've never met on some forum/reddit/twitter said "to the moon!".

Bitconnect, the most obvious Ponzi scheme since Charles Ponzi himself, was a top 20 coin at one point. Even now it has collapsed, it STILL has a daily volume of $100,000.

Verge, a so called "privacy coin", that openly displays its users' identities and IP addresses, and whose entire dev team quit, is number 30 at the moment. It is a complete scam, yet you still see newbies on here every day talking about how it is "a solid coin" with "a great team". It's a joke.

A lot of ICOs are scams. As OP has said, the majority of ICOs are business ideas with zero requirement for blockchain technology, but there is no shortage of idiots willing to throw their money away, and so the scam ICOs will continue.

Agreed, most of us aren't aware of the implications of investing without taking time to research. we need to be crypto Educated. Learn how to risk our assets for cryptocurrency

It's not about ideals anymore, it's about profit. People saw opportunities and rushed on crypto. But it's not that bad. It's adoption. By greedy people dreaming of x20 - but hey, weren't they first wave on all the frontiers in human history?
We just need a good altcoin crash - for decoupling and survival of the fittest projects. Funny, but it really is like dotcom bubble. Scam and weak should die for Google and Apple to prosper.

Yes, there are a lot of scams and companies that are going to hell. A lot of people earn a lot of money on this. Hardly crypto will die, even the government can not control or somehow block the crypto. crypt our future

Should not blame it all. There are a lot of good ICOs being developed and implemented. I admit that many ICO scams and many exchanges created to deceive us. But it is not acceptable that ICOs are really good.

in my opinion there are currently too many useless coins that have been created just for profit, but in general, but we can see cryptocurrencies that are our future and a good idea that can bring us greater profit .

It would be strange if it goes at another way. People are greed and want to have easy money. ICO-makers want to collect as much money as it possible, ICO investors want to buy for a dollar and sell for thousand. It's such a game.

Yes, the current market is frauds, and I think it has a direct relationship with greedy ICO, a large number of projects entering the market, and no new investors are willing to enter the market.

all depends on us, lust and mind. you only see the negative side of ico. the positive side of ico many benefits to make crypto increasingly known to the public, many also get unexpected benefits. so we do not carelessly invest in ico we have to correct carefully and sure to support the project

This is a normal stage in the development of the market, when nothing is regulated, as in the wild west! But everything will eventually return to normal, and everyone will find their place!

yes I guess as this is normal, where the market is decreasing. this has happened several times last year, I think this will soon improve, no need to worry, if now many feel lose and do not get a profit, I suggest do not panic, you just need to be patient and wait, all will show profits on you .

Yes it is, the world of crypto is a world that include large amount of scam and greed. Shitcoin pumps and dumps, whales manipulating, mad developers, which raise millions of dollars to develop the soursecode (omg), thinking only about money, and much more... But these are rules of the game, take it or leave it. Lets hope it will end soon and only registered ico occured
