Dear all,

I just heard some of my friends chatting in a gathering and they think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi. I just give them a smile and wish they will educate themselves a bit.

So, I would like you to give me some suggestions, how I can give them some hints with soft words which can change their mind or at least give them some more space to think twice?

It seems to me Bitcoin has long proved that it is not just a fake or some kind of toy. This is a serious financial tool of money providing and high technology. We are still at the beginning of the development of Bitcoin I think.

We just have to prove to them that bitcoin is not a fraud. Bitcoin is the lifesaver of our lives. Prove that bitcoin is not a fraud by buying luxury goods. surely they will ask you. at that time you can give them an understanding. that bitcoin is not a fraud.

We have to? I don't really think that we have anything to prove. That will be only his problem when he realized just how wrong he is.

What you need to do is patiently explain to them about bitcoin. I think it's understandable when they don't understand bitcoin as a scam. When you explain to them, they still haven't changed their minds, so you don't have to waste time explaining it to them.

Not only your friend but also my friend think the same like your friend, they are thinking about bitcoin is scam and Ponzi, bitcoin work is like multi level marketing where we have looking for the downline to be success and get more benefit from bitcoin. but all of they mind it nothing happen on bitcoin, bitcoin is something different from like this, we can explain and give them the simple way to understand about the bitcoin work for them.

Those people are close minded and haven't had enough and proper explanation about bitcoin. They haven't tried it so they are spreading fake rumors about it. You don't actually need to encourage nor force them to believe in bitcoin but rather let them see how bitcoin changes your life day by day.

You don't need to prove them bitcoin is not a scam or even ponzi. When the day is passing by, they will realize it is too late to invest in bitcoin because it is already in mass adoption. The percentage of getting profit in bitcoin is too low. So in short, just tell to them, you will regret soon... Smiley

First of all, you can't please anyone about bitcoin. If their mindset is bitcoin is a scam, there's nothing you can do about it. At least, for yourself you know that bitcoin is not really a scam. Just let it be, and let them think what they want to think, and do what they want to do. Just do not mind them, mind your own business, because you know what is right.

Get some new friends.  Grin

Jokes aside, if they think like that there isn't much you can do to change their mind. At least there isn't a short & easy way. You gotta take their attention with some quick words and keep their attention at you for some time. Start by failed ICOs, if you start talking with them pretending to be on their side you'll get their attention much easier. After that talk about bitcoin millionares over a day and tell them about the million dollar pizza. Recently I got the idea about those cryptocurrencies like this is Californian Gold Rush. And failed ICOs are the Fools Gold. Keep the topic intrguing and don't stop talking until they understand the goods and bads of the crypto market.

Yeah it is really our responsibility to tell about the reality and about the nature of bitcoin to everyone we know. We have to explain all the benefits of bitcoin to our friends and relatives to show them about the bright future of bitcoin. It will not only benefit these people in bringing them to the crypto and to give them the opportunity to earn a bigger profit in the future but it will also benefit us as with that the community of bitcoin will increase much more and if the community will increase then the use and price of it will increase much more.

Don't pressure yourself that its like your responsibility to tell them that bitcoin isn't a ponzi. Respect their belief and let them focus on what they have to do. Focus on yourself and investment with bitcoin, when bitcoin's popularity will rise and its value starts to rise too they are the one that will go close to you and will ask that again. Don't force yourself and take them on your shoulders, let them be what they want to be and what they believe.

So you are asking for suggestions on how to CONVINCE your friends in a mellow way, right? I suggest you don't. It is enough for them to know or have an idea about Bitcoin for start. Yes they are your friends and you also want them to engage in Bitcoin as you have. But convincing them is not your responsibility. Let them come to their senses in their own time. Just work on your Bitcoin journey and once you have succeeded, let that do the talking for you.

Its not your problem anymore if they think that bitcoin is a scam so better to focus with yourself and believe what the efficiency on bitcoin for you. Everyone has a different perception, it is our own decision making. Its all about believing in the site so do what is right.

Many people really think that bitcoin is a scam but if there is enough knowledge and proof that bitcoin has changed your life explain to them that they are wrong. If they are your true friends they will believe you let's say you have no intention of fooling them but you want them to help with the bitcoin.
