What the hell does this have to do with hashcows??
You do understand that most people get their payouts in bitcoins, don't you?  Whatever's good for bitcoin is ultimately good for miners and Hashcows.

If you're not interested, then don't follow the link.  I though most here would be.

So that means you'll be posting this news in EVERY POOL TOPIC IN bitcointalk? What about other news that reflect on bitcoin?

Please, that's offtopic, topic separation is very important to retain a meaningful conversation.

Really?  Tell me exactly what topic were you so deeply involved in that my post disrupted your train of thought?  What conversation held you so rapt that my interjection caused you discomfort, the whining, the defending, or the general bitching?

2 days ago I got day off and I occasionally switched between various coins according to profit. Yesterday, after the statement that everything on HC is OK, I pointed my miners back here and mined for 24 hours (stopped obviously before payout) and here are raw numbers from both days, cut down to 1Mhs. I know that there may be some unexchanged coins, but probably not much, because site shows all rounds as fully paid. Of course I may be wrong, so I´ll update HC earning after tommorow payout.

0.0166 BTC / Mhs for manually switching and selling
0.0075 BTC / Mhs average for Litecoin mining
0.0025 BTC / Mhs from HashCows

No complaining, just numbers.

Not trying to 'moan' or 'complain' here but I haven't received a payout that was initiated 9 and a half hours ago. Sent support ticket but it hasn't happened yet. Any chance one of the admins catching this thread could give it a nudge for me please?
Thanks.

For me per 1MH/s:
Middlecoin: 0.015
Hashcows: 0.003

middlecoin has been falling for me. It used to be around 0.015, but the last couple days it's barely made 0.010

With altcoin failing I'm been trying to see which is better straight litecoin mining or still hashcow, but out of hashcow and middle I seem to do better on hash.
No numbers yet, i keep tweaking (crashing) my miners while at work Wink noob i know.

For me per 1MH/s:
Middlecoin: 0.015
Hashcows: 0.003

middlecoin has been falling for me. It used to be around 0.015, but the last couple days it's barely made 0.010

Did you do the cashout tool, or actually cash out from the regular site? I tried the cashout tool during the switch and it never processed, but once I did it on the normal site once I was able to login, it processed right away.

For people concerned about payouts, there's something important to remember. Even before the hack, mining on a multipool has delayed gratification compared to mining directly.

Your shares don't count until the round ends
After the round ends some coins take time to mature so they can be used for trading
After all coins are mature they may take a day or two to fully trade with the automated system (Or longer if there's an exchange or automation problem!)

While the Hashcows crew has been exceptional about trying to provide transparency, it's a complicated process. Even before the hack this process wasn't fully transparent.

I'm not saying there isn't a problem, and I'm not saying the lack of a ledger isn't frustrating (It is!), but posts of "I mined for one day and got shit pay-out" aren't very helpful or informative. As has been stated in previous posts, the pool has been severely damaged by this hack, and the admins are still doing damage control and trying to get the ship righted.

This is a pool for the lazy. I'm too lazy(and paranoid) to run wallets for all these altcoins. I'm too lazy to follow the markets closely and chose the most profitable coin. If your need for clear (documented) profit outstrips your laziness than this isn't the pool for you to be mining on right now. Nobody will think less of you if you go mine somewhere else for a week or two while Hashcows gets fixed.

According to the hashcows profitability formula it is 31.161 times more profitable than BTC.

That means that is it 31.161 times as profitable as mining straight bitcoin. It is not a terribly useful number in and of itself but you can gauge the profitability of the pool over a few days by watching the number (eg. #'s in the 40's or 50's and alt coins are up and the pool should make a nice profit that day, or #'s in the 20's alt coins are down and the payout for that day will probably be low, #'s in the 30's or high 20's are about average from my experience.)

You only get paid once a day and only for the coins they have actually traded for you.  Any still untraded gets rolled over to tomorrows payment.
