I will join with a small rig (2x 280x) if that is good i will point my bigger rig (9x 280x) from middlecoin to this one too Smiley
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Do you have (9x 280x) in one computer? How do you achieve that?

The profit graph was on the old db, we haven't brought it on the new db. It will come back along with all of our other features during the rebuild.

Will have so more updates tonight.

Mine seems to be working fine. Try clearing your cache from your browser or use a different one. Working in Google Chrome fine.

hello to everyone!

can plz someone explain me whats going on @ hashcows? (or i am not able to calculate?)

i am mining @ HC since 23rd of december. earnings were ok, started mining with 2 280x cards.

now managed to insert 3rd (of five) cards (because i wait for the risers) on 3rd of january. now mining with three cards, ~2.1MHs.

the earnings are going continuously down! from the last 24hrs @ 2.1MHs i got today 0.00693047  ! thats senseless!

Yeah not a good day yesterday. 5.1 Mh/s and it got 0.016 BTC over 24 hrs! Switching to another pool till issues are sorted. I will keep an eye on things here to see how they develop.

what pool u will choose? MP?

just a datapoint:
i only dedicate a PORTION of a rather slow gpu (120khash scrypt) to hashcows
also a portion to multipool.us

at current exchange rates, my 14 day average for cows is $0.156/day
and my average for multipool.us is $0.13/day
my gpu portioning gets about 39 shares/hour at cows and about 28 shares/hour at multipool.
many of the really minor coins at multipool are not cashed out and probably wont be
for a very long time (until they reach a whole 1.0 coins -- but represent a small percentage.
not being able to practically use minor coins is a drawback for multipool and also the above
daily $$$ rates include hashcows autoconversion to BTC. i still have to pay exchange fees
to convert the coins i'm getting from multipool - making their return on investment even smaller.)

make of the data what you will, but, to me it seems hashcows is doing acceptably well in
the given poor exchange rate market. or at least for a multi type pool.
(middlepool is not an option for low speed gpu with their rather high fixed difficulty, and
alternatepool i gave up on after continuous stratum connectivity problems. i'll give alternate another
try if they look like things are worked out. what little connectivity i had with them seem
  to generate reasonable returns.)

as others have said, multi pools and auto-converting to BTC pools are for us lazy folk.
of course you can do better picking and choosing specific currencies.
and who puts all their eggs in one basket anyway? Smiley

Ok, we were mining RPC for several hours with a profitability of about 80. Excellent.

The difficulty of RPC hasn't changed, and the price has actually increased - yet we're now on coins showing around 30-40 profitability. This makes no sense!

Is there a reason why we're not mining RPC still?   Or were the stats "wrong" when we were mining at 80 profitability, and now they're "correct" and we're on a different coin??

Thanks.

Why do you believe difficulty hasn't changed?

Hi, I was going off the stats on a couple of other mining sites - the only place I could find it published. If that's wrong, then I happily eat a crap sandwich and apologise Smiley

Serious question then, how does one accurately check the difficulty of a coin if it's not on coinchoose (or similar) and you're not mining it?

Thanks again.

Is Cgminer switching between hashco and a backup? Some people experience connectivity isseus with stratum and certain miner versions.
