I don't think this way, for me, Bitcoin is like the gold and store of value while Ethereum is more about blockchain use cases and technology. Ethereum allow people to create a project inside the blockchain

Gold its not helping a lot people. Bitcoin not like a gold but the techonology bitcoin can make easy for all people to send all crypto so my opinion Bitcoin really god for merchant payment not gold

yes, there are many who predict that ethereum will overtake bitcoin, but I think it is not possible, although ethereum has a pretty good deal of transactions, but the possibility of bitcoin slipping is still very far

yes, Bitcoin is the pioneer of all coins and now has become the benchmark for all the coins so it is very difficult to beat, in my opinion Ethereum will only be able to occupy the second position in the future.

No one know, judging from the popularity, bitcoin is more popular but eth also popular even though not as popular as bitcoin but you see eth was created few years after bitcoin and gaining its exposure and not yet reaching its fullest potential, maybe if bitcoin is gold, eth is not a pure fine gold but as precious lol

Ethereum still has a ways to go before having the possibility of overtaking BTC. Between scaling issues and major protocol changes (casper), it's not clear if ethereum can transition smoothly without, say, falling trap to n-local predictability issues in PoS. I still think it's a great project but implementation failures would be disastrous.

I think Ether is next BTC. Ether future more bright. It has a good platform. At present, the position of Ether after BTC. Although its value is lower than Bitcoin, Ether may run at any time. Need more time for improvement.
