the market has just recover and i think this is the best moment to buy BTC. You can buy it at 7400$ now and sell them at 10000$ in the end of this year.

I am a newcomer to the crypto market. Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Please give me advice. Sincerely thank you.
You could choose to do both things: invest in bitcoin and also you can evaluate the possibility of participating in some selected ICOs for a part of your investment. There are many interesting projects to check out and others not, so it's important to choose wisely. Looking at the project as a whole and looking at the team behind it, is very important to make a correct decision. If I can give you guys my opinion, I discovered an exciting ICO that is very interesting: RAWG. Check out this new article where RAWG is mentioned as the "IMDB of gaming" on FORBES, one of the leading global media company, focused on business, investing, technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership. https://www.forbes.com/sites/andrewrossow/2018/07/16/3-reasons-the-video-game-industry-is-bound-for-blockchain/#69da81c87810The ICO will start in a short period and they are at the moment in pre-ICO phase. This is the ICO site: https://token.rawg.io/. It's a video game discovery platform that converts your skills into goods and services (the site is already working, with more than 57,000 games in the database) and, which is very interesting, they have already reached the soft cap. Have a look and get some information while doing your own research! Another interesting point: RAWG has already secured $5m USD, halfway to hard cap of $10m!

all depends on your funds. If you have more funds, invest in bitcoins. because bitcoin prices tend to be more stable and have a high profit. if you are a beginner, start with an investment in ICO, choose ICO that has a good hard cap

The fact is that even professionals invest in ico companies and get a good profit if the projects are really promising and really good results are expected. But Bitcoin can only make a profit in the long term.

The short answer is that finding the right ICO’s to support is key. Bitcoin is comparatively more reliable, but many ICO’s are going from being unknown quantities to fully-fledged startups, exploring some of the most innovative applications on Blockchain technology, and this reflects in the ROI for early investors here.

Bitcoin is must have for all investors in crypto market due to its popularity and safety. However, you can get higher returns in some good quality ICOs like EOT (aka EON) in my signature. Check out more details at its website or its reddit page: https://www.reddit.com/r/eontoken/

I think, investing in ICO can work fine, the main thing is to guess correctly. If you hit the bulls-eye, it will work better than any bitcoin. But the risks are much higher. It's not always a win-win situation when there's always the possibility of fraud or scam
To me, it makes sense to invest in ICOs that have something behind them.

I think we should do both. And most of the money should go to BTC and a couple of other trusted altcoins. And then comes time for ICOs. It should be not more than 5-10% of your investment budget and you shouldn't be afraid to lose it. It should be affordable. And then the game starts I'm gonna invest into upcoming Treeblock ICO

I prefer Bitcoin because Bitcoin has proven quality and is now the king of all coins, so I suggest you choose Bitcoin to be an investment in the long run.

Bitcoin investment is the safest investment in this market but if you are involved in ICO projects then the risk ratio is huge because if you choose a good ICO project your profit could increase from X5- X10 only for a short time but if the ICO project is not good then you can lose everything and we should consider this carefully before investing in ICO projects.

You need to do both of them. First you need to buy bitcoin by half of your investment money then the other half you can buy altcoin and invest in to some good ico like blackbox and and noiz. It will givrs you smaller risk when you diversify your investment. If ico fail you still have you invrstment money at other place.

both have great potential, it's just having a different risk. when you buy bitcoin, then it is clear, that you have some btc to hold, and sell it when the price is high. but for ICO, we do not know if the project is really serious in development or not, but if they are serious, the benefits you get can be more.

BTC is much more reliable and less volatile. Altcoins will not always be at risk. But it will be bigger in the same proportion.

Since you are a novice investor, then it is safer for you to invest in bitcoin and keep it for a long time. Investments in ICO are more risky and suitable for experienced investors.

More people decide to buy bitcoin which is the main cryptocurrency rather than ico token that have not sure popularity. Ico has so much risk for our healthy investment. Ico only for people who ready to put their money in high risk and want to take that risk for making big chance to get money.
