As far as I know, They bought a power plant which is already working. Thats a very big plus for the project. Means this project is coming under the working product category.

What was the price for that ? I think that it is a huge amount of money, but they at least got a working power plant.  I will not be surprised when the second one comes.

They said in Telegram last night that the 4NEW custom blockchain is currently running on the testnet as they are testing it.

Brilliant news, everything seems to be coming together, the new plant; I hope to see the new plant in action this year to start generating electricity and start making some nice profits to further develop the project.

Yes, they should keep it up while the community wait for the infrastructural basis to be on point, they've come a long way, i think is the second good news i'm hearing about them this week, first was the drone coverage video on their YouTube channel and now this, nice one

Being listed on Idex is easy, but the most important here is getting it listed on bigger exchange. Hitbtc is not very bad, but i don't use it. I just never liked it.

I wish I can get to create a project like this in my country.  Power is really an issue.  Even if it's to provide a small community with stable electricity.  Am sure it will be very profitable.  I don't  mind cooperating with this develop team

Indeed, i understand how you feel, that's why projects such as this came into existence, to help humanity, success needs to start somewhere and at the moment, 4NEW needs to have a starting point, then spread with time, i was thinking perhaps one in every continent as time goes, that will create a point of origin to spread

If they proved success of the plant and were able to create a sustainable business this could really be a breakthrough; especially that waste is not properly treated in  many countries as it is just burnt or just dumped somewhere (if not the sea). The model if proven could really mean faster growth and expansion internationally.

I dont think alot of people know that they are actually working on their own blockchain currently (it's on the testnet right now for internal testing) so we might be doing a swap from ERC-20 to blockchain soon.

There is no official announcement from 4NEW team regarding exchange or listing. And I think we have to wait until special token sale window is over.

I just checked on their telegram channel about exchanges listing. They said "it will be after ICO, but ICO has paused for kyc implementation. Just wait for the announcement."

As you may of seen from the above, they have recently acquired a big plant so they are not hanging around and it goes to show how well the company is doing financially so I'm glad to see they have the right support and funds as well as the community on here.

It won't be a bad idea if this project can be executed in places like Africa and some other areas that have a poor management of waste and poor electricity supply. It will really go a long way in changing the livelihood in those areas
