Sure. As we know that BTC is an ancestor in the crypto-currencies, the price is stable, sustainable enough and may influence any other alts in the trading market. From the volume of the trading market, it still has large demands for investments and can be a long term investment in the market.

I do not see any movement to ETH = 11BTC, this has no basis in the near future. In terms of user base and supply. Reliable and outstanding users will create high bitcoin values.

Actually, most of the investments are better in a long term because the longer the time, the lower the risk it will have. It is also applicable to stock markets where value of the stocks gets high over time. If you would notice , the price of the bitcoin varries from time to time. If you would buy and sell everyday, you just wasting your money and effort jnto nothing. Same logic when it is long term.

yes, bitcoin is truely a good coin to invest for long term, it value has risen so much  since the day it was born, and every year, it rises higher than before, that is why most investors want to own bitcoin more and more and believe holding it through years will bring them huge profit, so i will believe in bitcoin will keep rising more and more in the future.

Of course, Bitcoin should be kept for the long term period. I have a belief that Bitcoin will dominate in the future world and it will be the most influential currency like today's USD. In the future, Bitcoin will be the most common currency within five years and the price of Bitcoin will be almost 50k at the end of this year. No doubt that etherium and litecoin are options for us to use instead of place of bitcoin to keep the transaction more faster and cheap but In actual if you will go with the altcoins then I don't think you will be able to make yourself more stable with your investment to hold for long term. It's value and how its movements go are good indicators that its better for a long term or a contigency-type investment. Bitcoin has these trend of being dormant for months at a time, it could take to as long as six to nine months, thus, the return and realization of investments done with it as a medium would take long. I must say that bitcoin is only best for long term investment of money and that this holding of bitcoin for longer period of time will actually help you in having of some good amount of money after some time
