I do not see any other coin movements that move faster than bitcoin, because I see them moving along the bitcoin. So the movement of the other coin moves to follow the bitcoin price movement, and this indicates that bitcoin is the primary measure in determining price movements against other coins.

No, i don't think so because Bitcoin is control the whole market and if bitcoin will move fast then other coin will move fast but all depends on bitcoin.

Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

The value of all cryptocurrencies are base on the users who buying and using it. There are some new altcoins that are now so profitable because users keep patronizing due to its good characteristics.

Btc has been slow in terms of growth in the last few months but it does not mean that other coins are much faster than with btc.
In reality, altcoins usually depend on the market of bitcoin coin wherein if btc will increase, automatically altcoins will follow. Altcoins are correlated with bitcoin with respect to it's market trend.

just the same as bitcoin, other coins just follow the bitcoin price because the market is still bitcoin holding it. if the new replaceable bitcoin may be another coin can move faster.
Actually I would better saying yes that any coin can be move faster like bitcoin and Ethereum. They can be like bitcoin and ethereum but it would takes time for a coin to level up their status in crypto market and it would take time to introduce the huge potential of their coin in the market and it is so happen that before any coin made bitcoin was already exists

Bitcoin is certainly not slow, it is a digital currency that is most recognized in the crypto world and if seen slow, it means other alts will be as well. It has been seen overtime that when the value of bitcoin decreases, other alts follow suit and likewise when it increases. Its previous and current value still surpasses other coin's.

yes, some of the coins are move faster if we observed. noy in the way because it is very fast when explode like the bitcoin, but in the way of being stable.like ethereum. we say that the ethereum is fast because it is next to bitcoin although there are some coins that create before the bitcoin, it is because in the way of being stable.

I think the coins are really moving so fast today, especially when the prices are falling down including the bitcoin, I think it's a succession of the fall and many coins that fall today.

That is very possible to happen. The project just needs to be active and let them show what is happening on it or like keeping the community always updated. In that way, the investors feel confident about the project and invest more and the result is it moves faster.

I think not, altcoin seems to move faster because they are pumping. Bitcoin is seen moving slowly after bitcoin soars and falls. People can not wait to see bitcoin soar again, but this is what triggers sales panic and price collapse.

Are you offended that there will be tremendous altcoin developments that can have rapid changes and lead the bitcoin? You can recognize that change if there are things that make you interesting and attractive.

yes, I guess that too, bitcoin is too slow to compete with altcoin faster movements. probably because bitcoin does not have a community that can accelerate its movement

They don’t just follow bitcoin though, they follow it in a lackluster way with fewer gains. The major altcoins don’t follow BTC 100% of the time. Rather, they tend to exaggerate dips but not spikes.

That is, people tend to pull out of altcoins and go into BTC when BTC goes up, but all coins tend to go down in unison. If you do the math on that, it is not good.

This has led to altcoins not regaining highs as Bitcoin blew past its highs. The result is: when Bitcoin goes up the altcoins follow slowly (after going down and then lagging behind); And when Bitcoin goes down, the altcoins seem to follow perfectly or even exaggerate the decline.

In my opinion, Bitcoin is being hampered by the rise in prices because there are many altcoins in the Cryptocurrency market.
Currently, there are many emerging new coins even now there are thousands in number.
Bitcoin becomes difficult to grow because there are many competitors, let alone altcoin is currently priced lower than that of Bitcoin
causing a lot of people interested in altcoin.

Yes, some coins will move faster as compared to BTC due to thigh market cap hold by BTC. Some coins can easily rally that too with just 1% of total BTC market cap.

It still depends on the concept and idea of the project. Plenty of altcoins today gained exponential growth because of good marketing and investors jumping into it expecting a multiple return from their investment. However, altcoins still relying on Bitcoins and soon they will experience intense dip of price as well.

Of course it is obvious that some currencies move faster and expanding than bitcoin but still they haven't gained the global recognition like bitcoin due to many reasons and probably they will never because, Bitcoin was the first to introduce digital currency concept and it's benefits and already it has many investors world wide than any other currency which is a real advantage when we consider globally recognized currency so other may move faster but bitcoin place will remain forever

I think the coins are really moving so fast today, especially when the prices are falling down including the bitcoin, I think it's a succession of the fall and many coins that fall today.

During bitcoin crash, not all cryptos are sucked and pulled down too because those who lose interest in bitcoin during that time, they invest in another crypto and i have seen it always in the biggest gainers and losers section of coinmarketcap, for instance, where i can see a spike of these cryptos' market price.
