Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

It may be possible that other coins will move faster or increase faster than bitcoin but the thing is bitcoin is where all coins are depending so if bitcoin decreases all other coins also decreases. Many people own bitcoin now than any other coins out there and also bitcoin is where it all started so it would take a long time or it will never happen but then anything is possible now and it could happen but then as I said it would take a long time or it will never happen.

Everything is in advance - there are new further developed monetary forms built up each week, and it is just an issue of time when they will achieve Bitcoin or even conquer it. The primary preferred standpoint of Bitcoin is it's fame, which has a snowball impact to itself, however it can change with time.

cryptocurrencies with smaller market caps than bitcoin most of the time move faster than bitcoin. To make up and maximize the profits they could gain in the industry. However, these cryptocurrencies still depend on bitcoin so we can't really tell whether the quick movement of these cryptocurrencies are brought up by internal conditions or just vecaude tgey are powered by bitcoin.

bitcoin several years ago stopped being an option as a payment method due to its slowness, but it became the support of all the other cryptos that arise every day.

There are some alternative coins move faster, but comparing to bitcoin it's nothing. Look at the value of bitcoin and compared with the other alternative coins with its value. We can see some alternative coins growing fast and it is good, but don't compared it with bitcoin, because bitcoin is the most valuable digital money.

Bitcoin has been on a fast journey all this time since it was created bitcoin, but the end of bitcoin is a bit slow for travel, but it's also not so lagging with altcoins travel for a while.

I do not think bitcoin is too slow to compete with altcoin, seen from last year's history and a few years the price of bitcoin goes quickly on altcoin appeal, maybe now in price correction for bitcoin and other coins.

There is always a random coin that is pumped hard and even after dumped hard.  So, if you can ride the wave, you can really make some profits, otherwise will get severely rekt.

After Bitcoin's emergence of lightning technology, the problem of slow transport speeds should be solved, but with it, it is high handling costs. Bitcoin's handling costs are one of the reasons to prevent it from becoming a trading currency or a mainstream currency.

As far as I know all coins depends on the move of bitcoin if bitcoin grows fast in the market eventually all other coins move too.. but there are some cases that some coin were pump  easily and higher that is why bitcoin seems left behind...

I think if bitcoin does not move forward at a price, the other coins will not be able to move faster than you think .. your coins that you say are like those that can not increase the price when the bitcoin price is too low.

I think bitcoin is not slowing down, just more stable. Of the thousands of coins that circulate in the market, of course there are coins that move faster. but no matter how fast they move it is far from bitcoin and it is impossible to beat bitcoin (at least in the near future).

I think it's not very fast, but reliable and not lose everything you earn but there is one way to get the coins you need to know and how to do it the way you know it.

Bitcoin remain the mother coin regardless the recent challenges being faced. Altcoins are thriving but need to do more to catch up with bitcoin, ethereum is doing well but can't be compared with bitcoin.

As regards project development, Bitcoin is clearly slower than several altcoins. This is very obvious. However, since the entire crypto market is not doing as good as it should, all the cryptos, good or not, promising or merely crap, good coins or shitcoins are going down. It levels the playing field somehow. But the biggest reason why Bitcoin remains to be on top despite its slow upgrade is that it is the beginning of crypto. It is the godfather.

Lots of new born cryptocurrencies has been launched because of the wide adaptation of blockchain technology. People would always tend to get along with decentralization and this is why many loves bitcoin, the starter of decentralized cryptocurrency.

The fact is there is always the high chance that lowly capitalized coins will move faster than those in the top especially bitcoin. It is basic. It only takes several millions of dollars to move coins that are still worth few millions than those sitting in billions that would take also billions to make it double in price.

Yes, I think so. Previously, there was little money and followers crypto-currency. Now the whole world knows about them, and the excitement has increased, which has a positive effect on the growth of coins

Sure, Bitcoin will increase slowly, altcoin will be very good for investment at this time! altcoin can increase x100 in a short time, but Bitcoin can not x2 in the same time!

Nope, still the same. Some Alt coins may show potential but bitcoin existed nearly a decade ago. Its never been a competition for Bitcoin in the first place, ethereum is the second highest digital coin but its distance in value are very far.
Bitcoin seems slowing down simply because its a bit stable compared to alt coins.
