When the coins really move faster, without a reasonable explanation, I think that is very suspicious
because its not common thing that usually happen in cryptocurrency most especially if there is no explanation.

But we see all the coins are still moving to accompany the price of bitcoin, and I believe that it will be stable again as it used to be, where all altcoin will move faster than now.

Bitcoin still reins as as the supreme bitcoin may have low prices at times and its volatility but that does not mean other coins can move faster than it. Most of the transactions in cyrpto scene bitcoin is involved.

in my opinion not, old coins are tantamount to bitcoin movement to date. maybe just your feelings just old coins have a fast movement. maybe it also depends on their rotation volume every 24H. if it's a lot of trading, maybe it will make the coin move faster.

It is normal in business that when there is good news and good feedback of such project, it will get in high demand and of course the value will likely get increased thus make a coins move faster in terms of demands and profit as well. Like other altcoins in crypto industries it always get increase but most likely it will directly proportional to bitcoin price behavior.

Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

no other coins cannot reach to the bitcoin, it is always on the top like a boss Grin Wink

You are right, but I think whatever other coins increase cannot still beat the price of bitcoin whether next year or more years bitcoin will still on the top, even coins move faster the bitcoin price will still be the basis of digital currencies.

Other low market cap coins and tokens are more volatile than Bitcoin for example, so small movement in bitcoin price tends to shake lower cap coins 2-3 times more than btc

Currently Bitcoin transaction are faster than a few months ago because of growing SegWit adoption. There are faster altcoins but it's because less people use them and they have a lower time between blocks which has some advantages and disadvantages. Lightning Network is working as a 2 layer solution and it works faster than any other altcoin and it's working on Bitcoin.

I think that's probably because there is a good capital coin in the market so maybe they move a bit faster when compared to bitcoin but bitcoin is also not far behind so bitcoin still can compete with other coins in the market and in my opinion bitcoin will lead sutau market later because bitcoin is the king of all coins and bitcoin is the best Smiley

Other currencies move faster than bitcoins, such as NEO, but for the time being, people see that bitcoin is still high compared to other currencies. , the current market is not suitable for bitcoin co-development. But speed is not important, the key is stability, the security that bitcoin investors care about. Sure in the long run, bitcoin will be green again like in 2011.

Bitcoin isn't that slow at all, there are forks that you can choose from, it is up to you how are you going to look at it but for me, bitcoincash is a clear development of bitcoin. Of course the haters will hate me. ha ha

Another variable that can make coins move faster than Bitcoin is their market capitalization. Take for example a coin sitting ranking of 300 compared to Bitcoin in no1. Bitcoin has reached its peak, because there is not much room for the price of Bitcoin to grow because it is so high. On the other hand, coins with lower ratings can have room to grow and may also be called "undervalued" due to low market capitalization. Lower market capitalization with public interest is likely to move much faster than Bitcoin Smiley
