Hello playing on your game today I came across a problem costing me just over 1btc

I was playing 0.3 hands. I clicked "deal", and it said "dealing..." Nothing happened so I click off of blackjack and went back. Said I had the same balance, So I clicked it again, "dealing..." came up again, so I click off and tried again.I done this a few times.

After I play the hand, it says i have insufficent balance.

I have however not got a pic of this, so i played another hand to show it does the same thing when hitting because you click hit again and it hits twice...

Get this, I click off page, go back on, its hit twice and then goes to site maintenance.

I really dont beleive this is fair, it's like your tricking your customers..

Total loss just over 1 btc

Can you sort this out?

P.S There was some site maintenance at the time and kept letting me play on and off..

I'm really sorry about this. Our team are looking into this problem right now.

Our initial guess would be server hosting issues. But we're looking at the log file as well as running further testing to verify and finding the root of the problem.

Turned out there's a small bug that prevents people from playing Blackjack in the past 2 days. We just caught it and fixed the bug. We're comping all the affected players now.

If you are one of the affected players, you should be able to resume the game you're playing.
