it is ok now , i can log in smoothly as usual.

the sites sometimes goes down and causing users can not log in , but you just need to wait a couple mins or hours and try log in back,  i have face this problem several times for almost six month being their loyal players and i think it must be an attention for them to fix it.

I'm THE customer support Most of our team members are developers and designers. The thing is, we should have a notification system in place where I'l be notified on my cell during downtime or any abnormal activities. Except it didn't work last time.

Not really sure what is happening with your withdrawal, but 60 hours for 7btc is too long for a big casino like coinroyale. The most weird thing is that they do not even answer your ticket.
Victorhing is also not active since 22nd not a usual habit from coinroyale. This is the fist time I see victor offline for more than 3days.
Hope it is not a bad sign that coinroyale will close down.

Yep. Let's all panic for less than half a week of inactivity. I'd start panicking after a week. This is not the first time he has been inactive and it certainly won't be the last. Patience is a virtue as they say.

I know this site is legit, but not answering for over 60hours is not a good sign imo. At least they (coinroyale) should answer it within 24hours at max, so the player is not panic.
I believe we will feel the same as hatar74 if we experiencing the same issue especially if we need the btc urgently.
