Deposited 0.25 BTC and it has not credited despite having A LOT of confirmations. Where is victorhing? He is usually the image of customer service.
I have the same issue. Sent around 0.87btc last night and it has many confirmations, but it's not credited to the account. I have sent an email but no word yet. They are usually very good at responding. Maybe there is some sort of glitch on the website that they are working through. Hey g27wr, Yup. We fixed it (and replied your email as well). Sorry about the trouble. All of your deposits should be in your account now (along with some comps too). |

Hi hiveman, It seemed that the withdrawal is successful. It's just that the bitcoin network is slow on confirming that transaction. It's out of our control, so pllease give it more time, should be confirming soon. |

Our max bet differs for each game (you can find it under the "Rules" section on the game table). For example, currently our Blackjack max bet is set to 0.5 BTC. I don't remember the biggest payout we made (I could look it up for you) but we consistently have customers withdrawing 10 - 20 BTC each time. |

Transactions history is live on all accounts now. All players can now see the recent transactions (deposits/withdrawals) from their deposit/withdrawal page. |
