Just registered and made a small deposit few minutes ago.
Played video poker 4-5times, but the site got stuck suddenly. Tried to refresh but got 500 Internal Server.
Decided to open it in a new tab, but I could not login ? what's happen there?

yes i have same issue to access my account from last 3 days that downtime problem appear again and again much lagging there, i hope admin will get fixed that issue asap and will be back online very soon.

I think your bonus program is vague, on the first page it says it is instant bonus, so it should be added after depositing, but from your answer the bonus is like fortunejack and cloudbet's bonus, not added instant, but will be added after wagering.

Yeah. To be fair, we didn't mention anywhere about it's gonna be instant. But we're gonna update the page saying there's gonna be rollover in order to get the bonus.

Yeah, sorry guys if you weren't able to access the site or experienced partial downtime in the past 3 days.

There were a few things that happened at the SAME TIME in the past 3 days. Our server experienced some hardware failure and they had to replace the power supply unit; getting DDOS; and just today, we had to move the HDD to a different server due to disk controller/chassis failure.

Currently the site is up but our engineers are still tweaking some configuration so everything works properly.

You will then need to wager your initial deposit for 35x to get it. For your case, you will need to wager atleast 0.035 BTC before you can get the 100 % bonus.

It is not mentioned at the page that it will be instant though so I think it is not missleading just actually lack of information especially the wagering contribution since the wagering contribution of BlackJack and Video Poker will be different because if it is the same then it would be pretty easy to complete it

Yup. That's correct. We didn't make it clear enough to include them when we launch. We have put up a FAQ and also a bonus code detail page yesterday with more information to clear things up. Here's the recap of the bonus program:

- You'll need 35x rollover to get 100% deposit bonus. This is up to 1 BTC.
- Dice and Roulette are not counted towards rollover. Only Blackjack, Slots, Baccarat, Video Poker are counted.
- The wagering contribution for Blackjack, Slots, Baccarat and Video Poker are the same (for now).

Feel free to clear things up with me and ask as many questions as you need. I'll put more FAQ and informations in as we go.
