I guess it is a strategic ICO timeline considering the bearish mood on the market and investors nowadays are somewhat reluctant to join ICO's so that maybe in the next few months it will have a good turnaround and will in turn be beneficial on this ICO.

Even with this bearish trend, I still expect that this project will generate a good funding and investors should find it attractive. I've seen other ICO's during this period which gathered funds more than as what is expected - Multiversum is one of them.
