Okay, deletet every thing and restartet the client...now 88.198.210.245 isn´t black listet anymore, but I still can´t send any Nxt
Any idea what I can do?

No ideas. Without the source code I can't do a lot. I sent some transactions and they were confirmed. Maybe someone else has the same problem?

Only local host users can do it. Click and u'll see an error message.

Yes, and when i try to delete localhost and 127... from "Active peers" they reappear.

Height is the number of a block. Genesis block has height 0, the next = 1 and so on.

and fee = my reward?

Are these coins mined basically coins in a transaction? Is mining fee in transactions obligatory?

Total amount is amount that was transfered from account to account. Fee is reward for mining.

Now there is no competition for block space, so 1 NXT fee is enough unless u want to thank those who secure Nxt.

I get NullPointerException again...

But if no-one pays fees? What will miners get?

I am assuming that genesis block is already created and we should not send any coins to the address from post 1 on page 1?

Important note

Before sending a transaction set deadline to 3-5 minutes. Sometimes transactions don't appear in unconfirmed list and attempt to send it again may lead to double transactions. After 5 minutes u can try again.

But as far as I see that is for sending LARGE files from one PC to another via wireless....I am on a wired conection, also I guess the transaction isn´t a large file.
A am using windows 7, so the vista updates won´t help, would they

Thanks for the offer, but I think it would be better to solve this problem, I guess its a bug in the Nxt client...I mean, we can´t expect all users of Nxt to order some VPS servers 
Do you think updating the Java would help?
