It may not be possible that ethereum would reach such a valuation because people are slowly losing the trust over there by the fact that most of the ICOs are launched using the erc 20 smart contract and that ms of the ICOs are scams so ethereum is not trusted anymore

It is certainly possible to see and we will see ETH 5K but I think it will take more than one year, although I may be so argue their correction in the market(
ETH to $5000 right now is an over estimation because of the instability in the values of ETH and the low price. Instead, ETH will take some time to recover back and first cross the $2000 limit and then the $5000 limit but that will be long from now. Speculating the future values of a coin is not possible because speculations cannot be trusted completely. The real rise is determined by the ratio of rise in the demand for ETH. |

I am amused by these figures, when a year ago people expected that the cryptocurrency and in particular ETH wil grow, in reality everything is Vice versa.

At the moment, with this state of the market ,it seems to me that even in 2019 Ethereum will not reach the price of $ 5,000. although the cryptocurrency market is so unpredictable!

At the current rate I would be happy if ETH reaches 1000 $ by year end , which looks impossible .
But hopefully 2019 will be an awesome year for crypto market !

My prediction is that the ETH price will likely return to $ 1000 to $ 1500, like the price in early January 2018.

Ethereum reaching 5,000$ is very possible and that will happen some time in 2020 and beyond. Ethereum may look so sluggish to push forward and boosting its market cap, but i am quite sure that this crypto will be the crypto to follow bitcoin's success.
Yes, I can believe that Ethereum can hit 5 thousand in 2 years but now such a jump is impossible. The market might start to recover close to November or even December, and ETH will be not in time to go to the Moon so fast. |

Yup The market will start recovering around the end of 2018, but I guess it will not be a quick recovery to be able to reach a high price of 5,000$. Currently it has been affected by ICOs dumping ether but if btc reaches to 40K someday then ether can surely go cross 5k.

Yes, ethereum has very good potentials and it is also established but I do not think it will reach this amount before the end of this year especially with the present condition of the market where price of coin is in red. It will rise when the market recover but not as high as this. |

Yes, ethereum has very good potentials and it is also established but I do not think it will reach this amount before the end of this year especially with the present condition of the market where price of coin is in red. It will rise when the market recover but not as high as this. I don't think it will even reach a quarter of that amount. 5k is quite unrealistic at this point since it'll be almost at par with btc's value. Eth is a very good project, probably even better than btc, but it's not for the short term. |

That is too much I think. $1000 is fair. But $5000 level is impossible in this year. But anything can happen in this crypto market. So better to wait and see.

Ethereum prices will be grow fastly after 1-2 weeks with cryptomarket. I think ethereum will hit the 1500-2000 dollar end of the 2018. After that in 2019 ethereum will hit the around 5000 dollar. You can invest in ethereum price equals 300 dollar. You will make good profit in ethereum.

Nothing is impossible because ethereum has been so unpredictable through years. Who would have thought that it could reach up until it;s current value now? The price of it might dropped too low but I believe that it could still go more. I always expect the unexpected when it comes to my holdings because I believe that we should not put a limitation to any of it. |
