i think it need time much more...eth tech still very early and many obstacle they face such as speed of transaction, fee that high and network congestion...this is just sample and it may reach that price when tech already mature...

It is likely that the Ethereum will reach this price as it is a very promising coin that has no worthy competitors.
There are lots of competitors out there ... Waves and NEO are already operational. EOS, Cardano and Tezos are under development. ETH could be replaced earlier than we all expect! |

I guess that's possible, but i am pretty sure it will take some time. Maybe within this year we can reach 3000 $. However, if everything goes as expected we can reach 5000 $ by the end of 2020. I will keep holding anyway.

I think this is a bit exaggerated. If this price does not know how much bitcoin will increase. The price of Ethereum may be $2,500. $5,000 is impossible.

I believe that this is certainly possible, because to achieve this price, Ethereum should grow only 10 times. For such a large-scale platform, this is not so difficult.

I think that eth may already at the end of this year to achieve prices in $ 3,000. this is a very large platform with a great potential.

I think the ethereum price is stable for now and will rise higher than the present value but I cant predict if it will rise up to $5000 before the end of the year. It might rise up to $2500 or $3000 before the end of the year as many ICOs use it for payment. It probably will rise to that figure and above in 2019 as it is still in it's rising period.

It's true that Ethereum price went up over 10x last year. But now it already has a huge market cap, I would think that the price can go up to $2000 - $2500 this year, no more, and bitcoin 20k.

I just hope this can really happen, then it's gonna be one of the best profit being yielded in Crypto during 2018, I know Ethereum will get more than that price but the time it's gonna happen is what really matters |

I am very bullish about Ethereums future since it is the most used coin for ICO’s and in just few years the price shoots like a hockey stick. So for me it is possible to hit that price due to its large demand. |

I doubt it, don't get me wrong Eth is a really good coin with tons of potential but nowadays, there are lots of better coin out there, i guess it can reach around $2000 or $2500 but $5000? I don't think so, but who knows right? lets hope for the best for Ethereum.

It is more than a x10 of the actual price, i really doubt that it will ever happen, the market is not good at the moment, and not even in five years from now it is going to touch those numbers, just forget about all this dream

I don't think ethereum can reach such a wonderful price like $5000 before 2019. In my opinion, it can start 2019 with approximately $1500 and continue to rise in the following months of 2019. |

anyone can predict what the market will be like, but no one knows for sure what will really happen to the market later on. The $ 5000 is almost worth the current bitcoin price and I do not think it's possible. just imagine almost tenfold to reach $ 5000. maybe to go to $ 1000 only in this year we are very lucky. but 2019 will probably be a better year for all the coins in the market. |

Yes. Actually it's not as good as we thought. Hope to end in 2018. ETH can reach 1000-1500$. 5000$ is a very difficult number at this time and in 2018 full of difficulties |
