Why You all compare ETH with BTC? ETH has unlimited supply and can't grow like BTC for this reason, IMHO.

Now that Ethereum are used by most ICO's do you think before the end of the year (2018) ethereum will go up to 5000 usd ?
Because for me I believe that ethereum has a potential to get that price before 2019 . What's your prediction ?
I think of this as an overreaction. The graph wouldn't be at a constant line going up, it would take a down hits too. And etherum is long way to go for 5000$ it would take time. And i predict that eth at 5000$ will be generated at mid-year or at the end of 2019. |

everyth,n can happen of course. 500b dollars is not a lot of money for this sector . i believe eth will be at least 4 k end of the year.

Maybe it will increase to $2000 because it has a potential and chance to reach that.And don't forget the rapid increase last year maybe it will happen again this year we will see lets wait.

Hoping it happen that ethereum hit to 5,000 USD before year 2018 ends. As of today ethereum value is simultaneously stable and it have a huge chance to bubble it price this mid year of 2018. Some prediction says that the ether will hit to 2,000 USD this second quarter of 2018 because of the implementation of ICO on Ethereum Blockchain. Also most of ICO now are Ether based due of the ERC20. Meaning the possibility to increase the value of ether in 5,000 USD before the year 2018 ends is high. |

In my opinion Ethereum won't be be able hit $5000 before Bitcoin hits 30-35K. This is possible scenario, but definitely not this year, I'd would say - somewhere by 2020. |

Might be but it is really depends on the market situation because if bitcoin's price would go sideways this year i doubt most of these altcoins will have slow price movements too,but it could be a good thing because the market would be more stabilized,altcoins will surely grow but not that fast when bitcoin has gone bullruns.

yes if everything goes as last year market chart , then ether will touch this price ..
ether is still most used blockchain for creating ICO tokens .
and ICOs are not over , so ether price will also rise up .

I don't think 5k is possible for eth. But 2k is somewhat reasonable in my opinion. The market is too huge for 5k eth

It could be possible; this time last year, eth was around $200 or less, but as we noticed later in the year it moved up to $1400 plus so i am not doubting about the price going to $5k by year, it can be possible in crypto anything any can happen.

Hitting this amount ($5000) is too far from the current price of ethereum but we have hope this price will reach in the future since ethereum is the second after bitcoin and more investor are now attracted to there technology  |

That's not the main reason to drive the price of ethereum rise up in the future. The only good thing to make it being a real thing just only casper pos update. that brings ethereum to the fixed total supply and miner will get less on the reward to mine everyblock in ethereum platform. Decrease the inflation. Inflation becomes the main problem of ethereum to increase a lot on its price. |

I certainly believe in the fact that by the end of 2018 the cost of coins will soar very high, but I'm not entirely sure that Ethereum will fly so high. But I think the bar in 2-3 thousand he will take

about 4000$ is completely possible for ETH. it is used in all ICOs mostly. then people need ETH to transfer their ETHs into exchanges so this prices will reached soon |

ETH goes slower from beginning of 2018 year, its go around 850$. If there isn't any clearly information about crypto furture, ETH can't go to 5000$.Other crypto is the same.

That is a very big value considering, currently eth is still in the range of $ 800. So if to reach $ 5000 it will take a long time, and for now we can buy eth with low price.
