   {
      "name" : "la1.blakecoin.com",
      "url" : "stratum+tcp://la1.blakecoin.com:3334",
      "user" : "xxx",
      "pass" : "x",
      "pool-priority" : "0"
   }
],
"api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1",
"api-listen" : true,
"api-mcast-port" : "4028",
"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "120",
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin",
"log" : "1",
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "10",
"blake256" : true,
"shares" : "0",
"hotplug" : "0",
"auto-fan" : true,
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-engine" : "1100",
"gpu-fan" : "0-85",
"gpu-platform" : "0",
"gpu-memclock" : "1500",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "0",
"gpu-vddc" : "1.225",
"intensity" : "13",
"temp-target" : "74",
"temp-overheat" : "80",
"temp-cutoff" : "85",
"temp-hysteresis" : "1",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "1024",
"lookup-gap" : "0",
"thread-concurrency" : "8191",
"no-pool-disable" : true

less is more sometimes try a simple config and then once its all working start adding stuff back I think the intensity is bit high so is the scan time

Yea I tried a simple one at first, then found this on one of the forums. im getting a (H-not-zero) after the rejects. never seen this before.. DO you happen to have a sample file I can try for a 280x?

UPDATE>>>>> I was using the wrong miner. haha I didn't know there was multiple miners for different equipment

H-not-zero is due to an old version of cgminer

use one of these

http://www.blakecoin.org/cgminer-alt-pool-ny.7z   (single pool ref)

OK Guys,

I've now been mining for just long enough to 'run the numbers' for the merge-pool.

(Yeah, I melted 2 calculators doing it, someone needs to make a widget!)

Adding 2 more coins(possibly 3 if I can help Byron finish his) over the weekend so only real issues about quoting day price for the total merge is that its gonna go out of date very quickly  Wink

GODZ! It'll be a full-time job just keeping up with them all  Shocked

Think a widget might be a good thing to have, if you have a spare dev to work on one Wink

Additional tweaking has got my HD5970 up to 2.038 GH/s @ 69.5 degrees (47% fan)  Grin

However I'm getting a LOT of "Pool 2 JSON stratum auth failed: (null)" on BOTH rigs right now & the pool hashrate is only 1.5GH/s - are you under DDOS again? (eu3)

yes setup a wallet for each and get the address you dont need to have it running 24/7, but you do need an address and set an auto payout for pool

LOL nobody had, until not long ago Wink

@BD747 - Will the new coins be announced here or will we have to go looking for them?

last review of the tenant of my operation:
"I will probably keep this going depending on the release of new coins into this pool. If everything looks good later this week, I will certainly continue.
Thank you for the support! (you're the only one outta 5 rigs that could help!)".

Selected?
"thread-concurrency" : "8191",

Like more than 256 doesn't work or I am not right?
"worksize" : "1024",

The sense isn't present to put 1500, all one is dropped by application on 150 (so the cgminer shows), I put rated 1250.
"gpu-memclock" : "1500",

Good morning, merge-fans Wink

(OK, only bloody just!)

I've followed @blakecoin on twatter so I'm 'in the loop' for coin additions & have started promo-ing this on the ZeitCoin thread & forum. A couple of Zeit-ers have already joined the party Grin

(ZeitCoin has been pure PoS for nearly a month now - the whales are worried by us, there are sell-walls of over 107BTC between us & double-figure trading Sad )

Gonna spend the w/e ...

a) Tuning my 2 main rigs (including undervolting the HD7990)
b) adding CPU mining (i7 + Core2Duo) on them & maybe
c) adding my lappy (i5 + GT540m) to the equation, just for the 'eck of it Wink

Happy mining, all!

Another dumbass question:-

Can I use blake-minerd (cpu) on the merge-pool or is it only for solo mining?

If do-able, what is the correct addy for the .bat?

I tried it with the same addy as cgminer (stratum+tcp://eu3 .....) but nothing happens.

anything that is about to die like pow finds many options on the way down. im a big fan of pos coins but i like this one as i can play video games so i think this is great. but to trash a pos coin just makes you look bad. i hope blake and dirac work out well. but for the public the names alone will confuse simple people. this is great for ninja miners though as i like the algo keeping my room cool and saving my video card. the cstrike deal is cool but i never play cs anymore and wolfenstien looks badass...if ppl would keep seeding it freaking wolfenstien is taking forever to dl.

i mine this for my play money and community fun . but im buying all the ecc i can as i am 90% certain it will replace btc.
anyways i hope i didnt sound rude glad to be mining with all of ya
