I think that is a large amount of money, so you should choose your coin carefully. If ever I am to invest that huge amount I would prefer investing in altcoins that are already established. With that, I mean you should choose coins/tokens that are on the top of the market cap.
Yeah $2k including big capital. so you should diversify so that all your money is not lost directly. buying altcoin may be a lot safer than buying tokens or ICO or you can combine it, most importantly do research for all coin you will buy |

I'm not so sure about investing in coins that you recommend. an investment of $ 2k is a large amount of funds. why not invest in what coin assets are in the top market. can be divided into 5-10 coin assets that can be selected. investing only in a few coins is also very risky. and we ourselves do not know until we have to hold that asset. |

Just check CMC top ranked coins and add some that you do not have or not enough. Those should be safe to hold long term.
