Please, when you make online order just enter your address correctly next time Best I can only say, what we enter is correct address (postal codes) for any other delivery services, even for UPS itself. The problem is in the UPS validation API, either you use it in a wrong way, or the data on the server is plain wrong or incomplete. |

just wanted to post that I got my December order on about Jan 4th. It was shipped out on Dec 27th I believe. These guys are VERY nice and I wish I had ordered a few units. A++ From me and the only thing these guys need is a bit more communications, but CERTAINLY not a scammer for sure! Thanks Marto and should you have more units avail, PM me please |

I'm still waiting for a Hex16B ordered 22nd November for December batch 1 delivery.
No request for payment of extra shipping but happy to if it helps get it out.
They were all from Dec Batch 1 and I selected "bigger order" after doing shipping on the 1st item in the batch.

Today my order with reference QXUCSQSUZ arrived, but it was an 24GH/s device instead of
the 40GH/s standalone unit. I am also still waiting for an other 24GH/s device TCEKYMFCR!
This is something which is not acceptable.
i am already waiting to long and never got response so i went to my lawyer today and i will not accept this behaviour if you don't
correct this or reply to me within 24h! I already sent you an message on technobit.eu.
To all other customers: Please send me PNs if you have trouble with technobit.eu!
You can send me signed statements. If technobit won't resolve the issues my lawyer is
going to contact the APO in Sofia.

We are very sorry for the mistake. I'll make sure this will be sorted out. As for the lawyer you are free to do whatever you think is right for you, but actually you have 1 order of 24 Ghs shipped in time., one 40 GHs delivered by mistake 24 ghs. And 1 24 ghs without shipment paid these 2 orders are for now 2 weeks late. Best Martin |

Martin, not sure if BitFury chips are still in short supply or how much you pay for them, but noticed this.. BFSB sell Bitfury Chips for €19 (no stock) but they also sell BFSB H-card v1.2 €250 (instock) http://www.bitfurystrikesback.com/product/bfsb-h-card-v1-2/€250/16 chips = €15.62 a chip Not sure how much of a hassle re-flowing them off their 25GH board onto your 40GH board would be, but just an idea incase your deliveries are held up for chips.  |

Last week I wrote you a personal mail here, I send a mail to the office at technobit, I used the contact form on the technobit homepage - response : none.
On December 2013-12-18 I placed my order USHCKIZVE on your webshop and paid the amount of 583,-- € via bank wire payment. Until now your webshops says that it is waiting for the money!!! That's nonsens - the money has been received by you!!!
In my mails last week I said very clearly that I want a refund via paypal and this imediatly. As I already wrote - nothing happend.
So here my warning to everybody : this is fraud. Don't place any order at them nor send them money.
Everything they tell is very confusing. On their homepage they wrote on 2013-12-10 that the boards are ready for january delivery. After placed the order they say "no no, delivery in february". That's not the behaviour of an honest salesman.
Marto, I want an answer and a refund from you as soon as possible. Let's say latest monday? My paypal-address is know to you. If you should have deleted my mails please ask me again for my paypal-address.

Dear HerrHeimlich, Your order USHCKIZE is paid, We find it you just now , because in the payment order with Sender's Reference 1335400588844373 there is no order ref . Money were received on 20-th of December. your order is with February delivery, The january delivery was limited Number so most probably you did not notice what you are paying for. As far PCB and all other components are already paid and ordered there will be no refund as soon we are in the delivery terms. Please note that you made a next order on 1-Jan-2014 again for February delivery reference RVDKZEMOS Again sorry for the delays in communication. Best Martin |

And what about my input about changing the delivery address and the billing address? When in february will you ship out the board?
You will understand that I now want to know facts.
The second order must be canceled. This was produced by the trial to change my billing and delivery address which was unpossible for an exisiting order.

Now both orders are corrected ,I was just browsing for second order payment. The production will be in the begining of FEB @ the moment your delivery address is home address 2 Ok? |
