Don't get confuse with those word, They will build two products :
1- Marketplace [ Store finder ] : Just like any other stores, if you are a seller, you can open account ans sell your items ( can be anything, games , clothes etc ... ), also, will be a place to sell and buy property and vehicles.
2- OTC trade : an exchange when you can buy ans sell cryptocurrency, beside that, they will offer gift cart ( Pre-paid card ) that you buy them from retailers and redeem them on OTC trade.
