If your coins arent for long term surely holding shitcoins like yours would be bullshit even if you wait tens of years you will not achieve anything, good quality and long term coins should be researched very well because the only way to find these coins is to read the whitepapers and roadmap of the developers.

Why bother holding coins for years if you know it doesnt grow in the first place? Holding is done when your coin has the potential to grow. Holding shitcoins loses your opportunity to profit from the right coins.

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Boi if you hold scam coin it will remain scam coin(just for example, I dont mean that any of your coins are scam or something).
Just imagine, you bought bitcoin in 2011. Or you bought ethereum in early 2016. How much you could buy and how much you would have now if hodl?
The poin is - there are already if not new bitcoins but new ethereums that will make you rich in a distance. Just search for something meaningful, and you will be highly rewarded for holding

Holding is very effective for those long term coins, but as i can tell you didnt hold any long term coins all of these coins of yours are doesnt have any potentials from the start a pure shitcoins, and you shouldnt be expecting these coins to give you good gains and outcome because these are worthless coins  and project from the start.

Not only one need to look at good or bad coins but also the right entry and exit points.
For example people who bought good coins like Bitcoin, ethereum and Cardano at their respective all time highs are still suffering from greater than 50%+ losses.

Don't you think you're just holding the wrong coins? I think that the holders of well, say coins Neo, would say it for sure. There are bad coins, there are good ones. It is necessary understand

Long-term storage of coins can make you a millionaire. For example, storing ETH. If you bought this coin in early 2017 for $ 1000, now you would become a very rich man. It is important to be able to choose the right coin.

I still think that holding is a good strategy. yes, the price may not change, it may even fall, but I prefer to hold coins to be able to sell if the price increases greatly.

holding altcoin is not just buying altcoins at cheap prices and hoping that prices go up in the long term, before buying altcoin you should research whether the coin has a future or potential to develop

While in hodl, it is also great to be proactive and do your own research. The 3 picks that you have chosen are random and picking any 3 coins does not mean that one of them will moon. If you want to see the moon, try hodling BTC for the same 2 years. Also, diversify your portfolio a bit. 3 coins are nothing.

If you will hold portfolio with junk in it then I'm sure you will end up loosing your money for sure. The holding is art, and if you pick the coins with good developers behind it then over the time they will surely develop it and once the utilisation of the coin starts the market cap rises too. This way price of your coin increases too. This is how it should work and it will work if you hold the right coin.

Remember there are more than 100 projects launched everyday and as we are common people we do have limitations over how much money to be poured in so choose only coins which you have studied perfectly. Over the time they payback more than enough.

You may have to try another coin from your current coin, a lot of coins that have great potential for you to have.

I don’t think holding is bullshit at all. I can’t see a logical reason to sell your coins when they are down by 70% and you know they will return normal or even higher sooner or later . As for long term investments it’s in the nature of this type of investment, when you believe in the potential of a coin you should be patient about it. You never know when a coin explodes high in the sky.
