I would recommend you to put your money on better altcoins with good concept and bright visible future. There are a lot of new potentially good coins that are worthy to invest in. Search for new one and you will be succeeded.

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

it depends on what you hold. if this token influences the buyer to buy it, the value of this token will increase, but from a negative side if this token doesn't give to the trademark to investors. this value will never change.

Holding is my main investment strategy. If you hold correct ones, it means less risk and good return in long term to me.

Holding is an excellent strategy for making money on the crypto currency. But you must be able to use this tool in a proper way. This strategy doesn't work during the falling market. The goal of a successful trader is to choose the right tool in a proper moment.

Yes it is. It's more like gambling, try to trade instead of holding your cryptos. Daytrading is hard but swing or position trades aren't so hard at all, try to educate yourself about that a bit and you will see some results soon.

Because your coins is bullshit too, that is why there are no improvements,HOLDING good altcoins and tokens will give you a lot of profits but holding these shitcoins which doesnt have good working product/services wont give you anything even you waited hundreds of years.Do a lot of research find new potential coins or projects only invest to good projects, read whitepaper check the team, the current developments and im sure your holdings will give you much better outcome.
I completely agree.  If you invest in a good coin, then the price in a couple of years will grow several times.

Hi! I wouldn't say... Is the retention strategy good? A simple answer to this question is impossible, all depends on the situation and specific asset. On the one hand, be patient and wait for profit in the end, but if the trader, especially the test subject to emotions and sells the asset when it falls in price and then growth begins. This is one of the reasons for the complete discharge from ruin.

I would never hold just for the holding itself. I hold because the project has long term potential to become a game changer in its specialty.

I had several shitcoins at the start, but got rid of most of them, since they were mostly P&D coins, just like TS's coins.

I now have a bag with coins I hold, but I keep almost daily track on project progress. If there are cases of real doubt, I may get rid of a part of my investment...but may buy back once bad tidings are over.

In my own opinion there are tokens and coins that are good for long term hold. I had sold several tokens which I wish I had not because their value now had multiply at least 3x more during the time when I dispose them.

I consider the retention strategy as the most effective and profitable for a long distance.

In the falling market, holding coins does not work. This is a wrong decision, because you will observe how your investment portfolio decreases. But the holding works perfectly in the bull market.

You chose bad coins.  If you invest in good coins, then the price in 2-3 years will grow 10-50-100 times.

Holding its like a buy and hold and nothing need to do with that , do not need any practic for that , for day trading you need to known a lot to work with that and earn profit but with holding is very nice tactics for noobs.
For me holding is not a bullshit, holding is one of the best strategy here in crypto, and i believe that holding our coin for long time can help us to became very profitable in the future, just like holding bitcoin and ethereum for long time, i know that it can give us many money.

It does not work that, you invest in anything, you wait and collect the estate.

You did not get profit because your coins are shitcoins. If you want holding any coin on few years you must do detailed analysys about coin which you are interested, because if you do not do this you will get nothing
