but the issue is it depend what you are holding man! if you was holding BTC ETH in 5 years you never post this kind of post but i guess you was holding shitcoins so it doesnt change price because the coin have no utility, anyway never feel sad for something past but just think of the future and be optimist

In times of dumping value of bitcoin especially in a long time price decreasing.lts really hard to hold because you have no earnings. Your profit sleeps. Others don't want a vacant profit. But to the bitcoin holders they patiently wait for the price increase. Because they know that they will profit more than they expect. They will earn 10times or more. Because bitcoin is for a long time profit.

You have to know f it has great future and of course there are lots of people who can share Infos about what coins are best to hodl. Take for example coinmarketcap, you can very well chose on that site coz you can see those top cryptos and Altcoins in real time, and see more details about it. No one can guarantee you that after one, two, three years the price of tokens will be moon. This is just a possibilities.
But I still believe in holding because I'm sure that no one project be able created a product, launch it, start to sales and earn money less than 2-3 years.
This is minimum term for holding for my opinion.

I don't think holding will make you bad or the idea of holding is bad. It only depends on people if they like to hold or not but holding can give us a good momentum if our holdings is going deep for a long time. Like what happen in the past months. All of my coins were down but i had not sell any of them instead i bought more just to even my expenses with my investment.

This is true. Choose carefully tokens for holding and diversificate your risks. Because if you hold ten or even more tokens and one of them fo to the moon. You can earn more than you spent. Also holding is not a law - if you feel that you have to sell tokens. Just sale it and try to earn money with traiding.

Does hold a coin in a long time all not necessarily get profit, especially if we are holding a fairly new coin.

You can say Holding is a Bullshit if your coins that you hold is Bullshit, no future, low potential and no improvement. Think before you Hold a coin/s, and do a lot of research to find a good and high potential coin/s to hold and invest. I have held btc and ethereum for 1 full year and I don't regret ever holding them,  I made over 1000% gain by just holding this coins.  So you should not say it is bullshit to hodl coin but say it is bullshit to hodl shit coin.

It depends on the coin you are holding, if you are holding a shit coin, then your holding will be bullshit but if you are holding a good coin, you will benefit from it, so i advice you start holding good coin so that you will make a good return from it.
