You have chosen bad coins and the price for them has not increased.  If you hold good coins for a long term, then the profit will be good.

To hold some tokens or coins is not always advantageous. You wrote that hold 3 coins, but in my experience I can say that it is not enough. In the long term, you need to keep at least 10 coins, and just any of this could possibly fly.

Maybe ,you just had a wrong choice on which alt coin to hold for a long period of time. Profit from holding a crypto depends on the crypto itself whether it has potential to have a higher market value in the future or not. Try to look on etherium and Bitcoin's market value from the last two years and check how huge is the increase on its value also,the profit that yhose who held for years are earning at this moment. As such,holding is still a good thing.

It's good to hold a coin that has already established or those that have already gained popularity.

It depends what token your holding to. Because some tokens are not worth to keep/hold. You should choose carefully the project you wanted to join, select the best to get the best coin to give you hugeprofit...ETH,BTC,NEO,EOS,CARDANO
