Just HOLD, don't sell your coin in low price ,yoi didn't get profit if you do that ,you can gain more profit if you hold, so just don't mind the market now and come back if the price of many coin increase again.

You need to be awake to deal with it. Do not let the numbers and red control your mind. It is best to hold all and not to sell any coin. The market always goes down and up, you need to understand this rule before becoming a professional trader. The downfall of the market is the sharks, all that is the trick to scare us and sell all our coins. And those sharks will buy all yours and they will sell at high prices. Be calm and smart.

I think you need to study your portfolio and see if you have really volatile tokens. I would sell the ones who fell down by more than 50% and hold others.

You will do nothing but HODL in times of market crashing. Its not good to sell out your coins now if you want to recover your coin portfolios. Better to do is buy another sets of coin to add in your briefcase so that when the recovery of market happen, you are already making big profit.

If I most advice I will say you should continue to hold your coin because at this point if you sell out of panic you will at the end lose more even down to you initial capital but when you continue to hold you will one day appreciate your patients despite the crash in price because your coin will recover in multiple the amount at present.

Typically you should not sell when prices are low. I recommend holding for a few months and you will probably see prices increase significantly. The only times I would recommend selling low are if you no longer trust your investment and think it will fail, or you need the money now for some emergency. Another situation is that you may think the price will continue to drop and you want to sell to buy back even lower. Otherwise, there’s really no reason to sell low.

In my opinion split that your coin in to 2 way, 50%  cut loss it and use for day trading to recover the lose and other 50% more hold it until the market back to the normal. And spend times for learn more about technical analysis for day trading, make strategy and risk management.

just calm down and go doing your business. leave your investments as it is for at least 6 months and then look.
