It would be enough if you ask some provocative questions in the telegram group. Each telegram admin, should be responsible for all the announcements and informations about the project. If an admin cannot answer some simple questions, it is a scam.

In my experience, it is only possible to find out a fraudulent project after the end of the project, then everything becomes clear at once)))

The best way to know a project is scam is when they are no where to be found and you can't make use of their token with you. By then you will confirm they are real scam if not, believe me all of the are really scam these days only the ones you earn profit from seems to be the real ones trust me.

One way to know whether a project is fake is to check their team members. Scam ICOs team fail to identify themselves. They cover themselves with masks and telling people it's for security reasons but the fact is that they do not want their identities to be revealed because of their planned intentions. Secondly, have an in-depth knowledge about what the project is about, avoid joining projects that are similar to Ponzis.

Hello, i am newbie and want to know how i could check projects if they are good or bad, is there ways to know about that?
At first you can detect if project is scam because some scam project now their best to make their project legit. That's why its important to research and study the background of the project before you participate or contribute.

From the beginning of an ICO projects we don't recognize whats projects where land to become a scam. We have to analyze of our first moves by reading and knowing their platform or their whitepaper first. And be careful in searching those ICO projects to aware scam projects.

Nope. You can identify if the project is legit or not during its mid-run, when its collecting more investors. There are people who have been volunteering on identifying scams in the community and each of those projects does have their own reviews so if a project attracts you, make sure that you are checking every part of it. If the website is unprofessional then you can determine that and if the whitepaper is just plainly copy-pasted.

When it comes to this, you can start on the scam sections, there you can find a long list of scam ICO past and present and you will see how a scam ICO looks like and you'll also get tools on how to trace this scam ICO, but not only scam ICO but also ICO that will fail in the market.

I find a one simple way to indicate, are project scam or not. Just read project White Paper. You even don't need to read that - just analize it with unique text analizer and if some text stolen, it will be shown there.

Yes that is one way to trace scammers, if the project is legit and has a good potential they will not do a copy paste materials, they will hire professionals to do their stuff for them another way is they are getting a fake profile on shutterstocks, I come to think that these scammers only want a few bucks so they do cheap set up.

I think you can understand that only from investors. Because big investment companies will not invest scams surely. Other than that you can not trust team section or whitepaper. Because maybe they gave huge money to good devs for writing good whitepapers or they can create fake team with fake linkedins etc.In my opinion investors are the best place for that.

Its our instinct to find it though and some basis is coming from the feedback of early investors. Some scam projects is very noticeable and pretty obvious of their reason why they created for a certain project but sometimes also it is really to detect until when project owners and the team won't show up in telegram and never answering queries.

If you read there platform then you can determined the project wether it is a scam or not because in choosing it depends on you, in my opinion much better to look for the number of participants and how the management handle the previous project.

Yes. Whitepaper is the heart of the project. Reading and researching a whitepaper is the first action taken by several bounty hunters in considering projects that will follow. Whether the project is legit or not depends on how one makes the whitepaper. Then, we can check their team. Check on Facebook or Link whether it's genuine or not.

I think it is very difficult to know whether this project is a scam or not because a good project can be a scam if the developer has bad intentions after earning a lot of money, so I think scam or not a project depends on the intention of the team and developers so it is better for you to take part in projects that are handled by a trusted team

The best option to check if the project is a scam or not is to know the team behind it. There are instances that the team being declared are not true and the information that they give is not also correct. The pictures were just from Google and it can be traced through reverse image search. When we found out that there are false team members, this is really a red flag for the project.

You can check based on ICO Rating, ICO Icobench, ICO foundo, etc. There provides information about the project. The custom is provided on the ICO website.
Please be careful of the ratings displayed on these websites. I think judgment is sometimes less accurate. There was once an ICO project with a high rating but it turned out to be a scam. The issue is, the rating can be adjusted if there is a payment. So, do more accurate analysis by monitoring white paper, teams, realistic products, and partnerships. I think it's more effective.

There are many factors to watch in order to select for a good project. One thing is their social media updates, of they are actively updating their social media then they are good, if they are also active and have a lot of true members in their community and most of all if they meet their soft capped on their PRE-SALE. I hope this can help.

Yes, this is indeed common to ask to find out whether a project is good or not, because the team involved must have a vital role as well as the purpose or benefit of the project, what is of course important and we must be smart in analyzing whether the project has good benefits for the future later
