I think there is a problem with the new 1.3.x wallet not working correct (just a feeling can not explain it) and i think

I dont think, that V1.3 has an issue. V1.3 has the same mining protokoll like Bitcoin. I think there is a time delay that the pool don´t become fast enought new work.

Quote
it is the same problem that the wallet is not showing the correct net-hashrate.

The wallet calculate the hashrate like every other coin. Please look at this:

https://github.com/emarkproject/eMark/blob/master/src/rpcblockchain.cpp#L48
this is the code to calculate the hashrate from given difficulty.

and now look on this:
Novacoin: https://github.com/novacoin-project/novacoin/blob/master/src/rpcblockchain.cpp#L50
Amsterdamcoin: https://github.com/CoinProjects/AmsterdamCoin/blob/master/src/rpcblockchain.cpp#L47
Blackcoin: https://github.com/rat4/blackcoin/blob/master/src/rpcblockchain.cpp#L47

just for testing i pointed around 11THS to Pool

pool got more hash than nethash

testing with my winwallet (newest ) give me :

{
"blocks" : 594650,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : {
"proof-of-work" : 1580956.04153786,
"proof-of-stake" : 0.05870376,
"search-interval" : 0
},
"blockvalue" : 50000000,
"netmhashps" : 10014977.13100104,
"netstakeweight" : 1674915.48573437,
"errors" : "",
"pooledtx" : 0,
"stakeweight" : {
"minimum" : 793,
"maximum" : 0,
"combined" : 793
},
"stakeinterest" : 38000,
"testnet" : false
}

really seems problem of wallet 1.3.x to measure real nethash

edit : nethash stable since 10 Blocks
"netmhashps" : 10014977.13100104,

@rumhocker look at the picture above

how could the nethashrate be lower than a single user at a single pool  at the same time ( and these wrong values where for about 1 to 2 hours) ??
At the same time coinz.at/dem.werming.com/dem.suprnova.cc  (all with the old wallet) shows a different (much higher) nethashrate and all these pools always the identical nethashrate ( i controlled it for about two hour because i was mining there.

i agree but for DEM it should be the best  Grin

I'am not trying to defeat DEM i'am just to help (my way, and as far as i can) that DEM would be the best possible altcoin.

Have a nice evening

333 MH/s ? Sounds like you're mining Scrypt.. DEM is SHA256, not scrypt.

mate, just do yourself a favor. Sell that block erupter and buy DEM with the money you will get. You will never make those DEM by mining.
If you sell the erupter for $5 you can buy 2000 DEM.
In terms of electricity the erupter needs 60 watts per day or 21.6kw in a year.
Basically you are just losing your money.

I sold my erupters 18 months ago and bought antminer at 2gh/s
I stopped using it 6 months ago. LOL

I think "share above target" is seen in SHA256 miners when they try to mine scrypt
