Litecoin is going down a bit, it is not gonna last. Hold if you have. Get ready to buy, this is an opportunity.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think LTC is over evaluated right now, you made your money purely off speculative trends. Advise you to sell because its going to crash as soon as people realize they can buy 0.0003 of a BTC and the reason people are using LTC is cause they like selling full crypto coins, eventually people will give up that hangup, and if LTC gets to a point where it can't be traded in full coins people will have started using LTC for literally no reason.

Bitcoin is a speculate market aswell but bitcoin derives its value from fiat, LTC derives it's money off BTC+Fiat, or arguably just BTC. BTC has value, LTC has value because BTC has value. I also believe BTC will be more stables in the coming 5 years. I truley do believe LTC will die once people start living with buying 0.003 of a BTC as an investment. But this is coming from the guy who had no interest in BTC in November of 2010, so what do I know?

You're incorrect.
People who gets stuff right usually don't brag about it that's why I've said what I did.

Litecoin should have been obvious to everyone the moment MtGox announced they would support litecoin in the future.  I've been collecting and mining LTC for months KNOWING full well this would eventually happen. I got lucky on MEC exploding this early but I had a great feeling about it since June when I bought it at $0.003 USD per mec Smiley  Pretty much any coin not a clone is exploding at the moment.

Even you litecoin fans can't argue that Feathercoin isn't the dumbest clone ever, right? It's doing +108%

This is newbies buying because more numbers are better. On IRC/forums/etc. I see an invasion of people who never had bitcoins trying to buy altcoins!
For this reason people bought IFC and QRK.
Since when did quantity > quality?

Feathercoin is stupid but it's mostly benefiting from being on BTC-e IMO.  If it was on cryptsy only it would be much lower.  There's only like 3-4 clones in the top 15 coins, two of which have drastically altered economies.  (IFC has a dumb amount of coins, cgb is one of the rarest)

For this reason people bought IFC and QRK.
Since when did quantity > quality?

IFC's rise to fame was that it was easy to trade early on.  it was only 10 latoshi's, and selling at 11 gave you a 10% return.  It was the first coin to do this, and has stayed pretty popular because of it.  Other coins have tried to do this but haven't gained the popularity.

QRK is a SIF clone but SIF mostly died early, much like tenebrix did vs litecoin.  The 6 algo hashing system has appealed to many people for awhile now.

I think Feathercoin is as dumb as any other coin, including Litecoin and, oh no, I shouldn't be saying this, Bitcoin Smiley With that in mind, over the course of time FTC could hit 0.01 BTC, LTC could be 0.1 BTC.

There's no doubt you can make a lot from altcoin fluctuations. Actually, I think that most don't really have other purposes. Their usage as currencies is however dubious.

You can pretty much assume everyone on those chats is lying.

Or lying lying (reverse psychology).

Anyway, one must be dumb to be affected by trollbox shouts. if someone intends to make a hot trade he will do it quietly.

There you have it, 0.031.

Yeah, like I said 3 days ago after LTC's sudden rise and then first testing of the 0.03 level, 0.03 is most likely the floor now (though we briefly broke it yesterday but quickly recovered), so fuel the rockets, the launching pad is getting ready. All the weak hands have shaken and lost their LTCs, nothing stopping it from moving onwards.
